Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Empty
PostSubject: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeWed Oct 28, 2015 2:49 am

A falcon, simple, proud, and swift, arrived at all villages in all lands ruled by a single person. Each moved effortlessly, burdened with purpose and message, to each of the three other kages: Horus, the Vegabond of the Sand; Thorfinn, the unknown Nord of the Mist; and Kai, the White Eyed Child Queen of the Cloud. Ryujin, the one who had sent these, received no letter but, instead, he had written then, sending out his missive to each powerful ruler, imploring that they attend a meeting of the minds upon neutral ground following the wake of the apparently unified bijuu attacks. Each letter, shielded from harm by the messenger birds, bore a green seal of the Senju clan and Ryujin’s personal signature, proof to all who know that this was genuine. Each letter read as follows:

Dear [Rai-;Mizu-;Kaze-]kage,
I, Ryujin Senju, leader of the Senju clan and of Konohagakure, write you with an invitation, requesting your presence at an upcoming summit hosted by me. We shall, all of us, meet in the Land of Snow, on neutral ground, to discuss, as I am sure you have surmised, the recent attacks upon our fine villages by the great tailed beasts. Certainly this matter demands our unified attention and I simply ask that you come prepared for an open discussion.

As I understand this may seem odd coming from me, I allow and encourage you to bring with you bodyguards should you see fit, though I do ask that no one bring more than two so as not to upset any of the other lords or otherwise damage the discussion. I look forward to seeing you there and hope that you can share with as anything you may know about this attack as I, naturally, shall do the same.

See you in the Land of Snow,

Ryujin Senju

Attached was a small map of meeting place within the Land of Snow, a large building complex reserved admits a bustling trade city. As each kage and his or her troupe of guards arrived, they would first be asked their names by the guards before being allowed in and shown to their quarters. The large complex boasted enough room to accommodate each of the villages with their own small building, complete with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, allowing for at least a modicum of privacy and hominess. A host of butlers and guards had been hired, all a third party and members of security details for the Land of Snow and, as such, they held no allegiance to the Hokage, he having paid them prior to the Summit. Once all had arrived, a guard would come to each of them, leading them into the large, central building.

Inside they would each find a seat, one of five, around a large round table. The fifth, that of the non-existent Tsuchikage, remained empty, a harrowing reminder that these attacks had happened once before and that history had repeated its bloody self. Once all had situated themselves, the meeting could finally begin with Ryujin’s address to the gathered rulers.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] 02xXJIs

Kai traversed the Land of Snow with nothing but a spaghetti strapped dress on. Pink in colour this dress was the same as the black dress she usually sported in Kumogakure. Even though snow covered the ground, the blonde, per usual, walked with absolutely nothing on her feet. She’d gotten use to the cold anyways, so it wasn’t like she was bothered and with Kaitekina fully capable of healing most wounds, she wasn’t worried about frostbite. It wasn’t much of a threat anyways seeing as how Kai’s feet had faced worse punishment, but it was nice to know.

She looked over her shoulder as yellow eyes not seen in a Hyuga before her settled on her female companions. Diana Mistral, her regent and Minister of Defense had been the first person Kai asked to accompany her on the trip to the Land of Snow. Though she should’ve been left to take care of the village in the Raikage’s absence, the blonde decided to bring her along. She wasn’t use to politics just yet and since the woman was her advisor it wouldn’t feel right if the two-toned haired woman didn’t come to the summit. The next female was her Minister of War, Tsuki. She invited the woman to tag along since she could get a peek at the potential competition. In no way did the blonde think Tsuki would gain much information from just watching them, but it would get her started. Besides, she felt like Tsuki wanted something to do. Her last minister, Kosuke, the Minister of Espionage, had been left in charge of Kumogakure’s day to day operations until her return. She wanted to take him to the summit too, but she was restricted to two options and she needed one of her ministers to stay behind anyways. So, Kosuke ended up with that responsibility.

Her assessment done, she would direct her attention back to the road ahead of her. To her knowledge, it would lead the trio right to the city where the summit was going to be held. She could be wrong, it wasn’t like she really looked over the map that came with the letter. Yet, she was confident Diana and/or Tsuki would lead them the right way if they ended up straying from the path. She didn’t have anything to worry about though since they were on the right road to the city. Kai pulled the small bag slung over her left shoulder further up. She glanced down at the black bag that contained the pink kimono, gold sash, red obi, and red hair ties. Shoes, of course, were not included.

She would change into the outfit after she washed up for the summit, but that required her to get to the city first. Fortunately for her, her eyes would lock onto the buildings set on the horizon. She halted her steps and pointed in the general direction of the city with her index finger, a grin on her face. “Look!” She said as her eyes drifted over to her companions. “We’re almost there,” she chirped.

With the obvious pointed out, she would resume walking, arriving at the city’s gates about fifteen minutes later. She introduced herself as Kai Hyuga-Furue upon being prompted for her name. After Diana and Tsuki gave up their names, the trio would be shown to a building fit for a small family. She left her ministers to their own devices as she retreated to a bathroom in order to wash up. She wished to explore the building first, but that would have to wait since she wasn’t sure how much time she had before they were rounded up and taken to the building where the meeting was to be held.

Five minutes later and Kai was seated right in front of a vanity, the child clothed in the kimono. She was tying the last of her hair into a bun with the red hair ties she had brought along. It was odd for her in the sense that she had never put her hair up before, but the final result was cute on her. Flashing herself a smile, she would exit the room and meet up with her ministers. She had intentions of exploring the building that they would be calling home for the duration of their stay, but that would have to wait.

Apparently everyone was now present and thus the group were led into a large building. Yellow eyes would scan the area as she made her way to her seat, noting everyone within the room and giving them a name befitting of their appearance. Once they arrived at her seat, she would indicate to Diana that she wish for her to sit down so that she may sit comfortably on her lap. As to rather or not the Minister of Defense would do that, well that was entirely up to her, though the young Kage would be seated either way, her eyes glancing around the room.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Top-50-avengers_namor-namor-movie-rights-reportedly-returned-to-marvel-jpeg-67871
"My Lord, a message from Konohagakure," stated a man as he burst into the Mizukage office. The Mizukage himself sat quietly in his chair as he looked through each and shinobi files, learning faces and names. A tedious task to be sure, but one that the Mizukage took seriously. As he continued to read over another file, Gambaldi motioned with his right hand for the man to come closer. "Well, out with it already," Gambaldi stated without so much as looking away from the open file in his left hand. Wasting no time, the man opened the letter and began to read it out loud.

In short the letter was for the request of the Mizukage, who Gambaldi was sure they had assumed was Thorfinn. Gambaldi's own promotion had been only a day ago, he'd yet to even have a proper coronation ceremony. Regardless, it feel to him to represent his people in this discussion. The Third Mizukage had also become interested at the mention of tailed beasts. He himself had been away during the attacks, so any information about the subject was welcome. What he did find interesting was that other villages had met with similar issues in regards of tailed beast attacks. If all villages were having a tailed beast issue, chances are they are smarter than they let on or just marionettes moving at the whim of another.

"Understood, inform the council of this and let them know I leave for the Land of Snow in the hour," Gambaldi commanded as he closed the file and stood up from his chair. The messenger nodded and dashed off, leaving Gambaldi to begin his preparations to go to the summit. Deep down Gambaldi held no love for Konoha, their shinobi being the ones that assisted the now dead Kiri traitor into ambushing himself and his brother, Hayato. Sadly, they were at least half successful in that Hayato was slain. However, his own personal feelings aside, Gambaldi would play nice. This was a golden opportunity to learn more about his peers. To really get an understanding of just where their minds were and if either of them could be trusted.

After gathering his things and sending word for Soran to meet him on the road, Gambaldi left the village in the care of the council. He wore his Mizukage robe, but intentionally left the hat, and for the most part came unarmed. Under his robes he wore nothing but a black t-shirt that fitted perfectly to his large physique. On the shirt was a custom stitched logo of the Kirigakure symbol with the kanji for "Third Mizukage" just above it, the stitching itself located on the shirt near the heart. He wore black dress pants, custom made to run around and move in. And his footwear included his favorite dress shoes, also custom made to have more grip on the bottom to prevent slipping. The Kage robe would cover all of this, however, even going down so far that the bottom touched the ground slightly. The robe itself, though closed now, easily opens if the need to slip out of it arrives.

Upon arriving at the gate, Gambaldi took another look at what was now his charge to protect. If it meant for the good of Kirigakure, Gambaldi could put his emotions aside. The people of Kirigakure deserved that much from their leader. This in mind he set out on the road, his bodyguard likely on his way.

*Fast Forwarding a Bit*

Gambaldi had finally arrived to the cold Land of Snow, rather small in comparison to the other lands. So much so that the land lacked a proper shinobi village, though this was just the opinion of Gambaldi. By now his body guard had long since caught up with him. Gambaldi nodded his head toward the location of the building they were looking for.

He approached his destination, a large building complex, and was immediately met by guards. Before they could even move their mouths to speak, Gambaldi introduced himself. "I am Raionhato Gambaldi, the Third Mizukage. This one is Nanashi of the Mist, my bodyguard." The statement would have made the Mizukage smirk, imagining how him standing next to the much shorter Soran. He hid his humor behind a rather serious expression. "Lord Mizukage, we feared you wouldn't make it," one of the guards stated as he bowed his head to show respect, "Follow me, you've been given your own quarters during your stay here. If you require anything at all please don't hesitate to ask."

"Sake, marijuana, and a woman to warm my bed," Gambaldi replied, allowing a semblance of his humor to show. The guard chuckled, "We will see what we can do for you, my lord." The guard escorted the duo to their quarters and Gambaldi was more than impressed with the accommodations. "I may have to plan a vacation here," Gambaldi said as he toured his quarters, the quarters actually being his own individual building in the complex. "Have the others arrived," Gambaldi asked still exploring the quarters. "Most have, my Lord. If I may be so bold to say, your running a little late. We've been informed that the summit will start very soon. If your-," the guard had began but stopped when Gambaldi removed his robe. "Let's go then, I'm more than eager to meet my peers," he said making his way to the door.

The duo were lead to the building and upon entering bowed his head to all present in the room. The 7ft tall shinobi maneuvered to his seat, the symbol Kirigakure being the give away. He sat in his chair, leaned back so that his head rested on the back side of the chair, and he folded his arms. He didn't speak, instead he'd simply wait.

PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeSat Oct 31, 2015 4:00 pm

The day had finally arrived that was spoke about and the invitation was sent to the necessary guests. Horus had a bone to pick with a certain individual, but at the same time he would not allow himself to be ruled by his emotions. The Kazekage had made all the necessary arrangements and preparation on the way. Even before setting out the man had made sure to put certain things in order. Here he was traversing the land of Snow, his barefoot making strides, while feeling the cold at the bottom of his feet. The vagabond was very much use to walking along without shoes to cover his feet. He grew up in the manner, instead using Chakra to protect his foot, a thing which had become almost second nature to the Kazekage. He was focused on the task at hand, being accompanied by his intelligence officer. And a peculiar, yet unknown youngster. Horus brought the two along in order to demonstrate that he harbored now ill intentions. The Kazekage was however very curious about the state of matters now. A lot had happened as far as Sunagakure was concerned. He also wanted to ask Ryujin of the Senju clan a few questions. Horus as the Kazekage knew he had to give a good representation of himself. He will have to read the situation and gauge the feelings of others.

There he was all the same, with Yurae and Kouzai traveling with him. The man wore what appeared to be a straw hat, but it was unique to Horus. Said hat was known as Niou to him. His Kazekage robes was worn over his usual attire, keeping him warm. Which almost seemed counterproductive considering he wore no shoes or sandals. Be that as it may, he decided it would have been improper dressed as if he was expecting a battle. With that said, the Kazekage had numerous tags on his person. All fit to perform certain functions, beneficial to his being, should he be in need of help. His weapons were also invisible at the moment, considering they were sealed away on his person also. He however could bring them forth at a moments notice. The Kazekage made strides, which took him closer to his destination, soon arriving a few distance away from the designated village. Horus found it amusing that Ryujin was the one to call the meeting. It wasn't planned by the daimyo and such, but it couldn't be helped. The vagabond was also warned that being a Kazekage meant he would have to deal with the politics or politricks as he liked to call it.

This was the vagabond's least favorite portion of the job though. That did not mean there wasn't anything to learn. He could easily learn a lot more about the state of other villages. Who their leaders are and what might be their capabilities. This summit was important for several reasons, both personal and political. Some time past and Horus and his party arrived at the city gates. Once there he was greeted by the guards, who rushed to greet the man. A smile and a small show of gratitude for their effort was shown. "Horus, Sunagakure's Kazekage is here. I take it they haven't started without me?". The man asked before the guard reassured him that no such thing had happened. "No Kazekage-sama, you're right on time. Please follow us so that we may direct you to your quarters. I hope you enjoy the summit. Anything we can get you?". The guard question, which prompted a reply from the Kazekage. "I'm fine for the moment, but my friends here may well want something. On second thought, I could use something to eat and drink".

"That has already been arranged Lord Kazekage". Horus was a little impressed by the efficiency of the men and women catering to them. As such the vagabond followed as requested and in time they ended up in a building that was designated as their own personal rooms. This was the Sunagakure Shinobi living space during their stay at the summit. Horus entered the room having been showed the way in, with food and drinks already awaiting them. The Kazekage seemed skeptical, but decided to sit down and eat, but not before taking the taster test of the food and drinks. He was being extremely cautious now, which is why he unsealed two of his special Kunai blades and hung them in the room. One just behind the door, and the other in the corner of the room. He would also give three of these specially tagged Kunai blades to Kouzai and Yurae. This was the Kazekage's way of half protecting his Shinobi. Before long though, it was time for them to leave and congregate at the meeting area. The Kazekage entered the room, noticing that almost all had already assembled. There was an empty seat, a sign of the fact that they haven't yet recovered.

Horus proceeded to take his seat, noting the people already in the room. The meeting should be able to start soon enough.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeWed Nov 04, 2015 9:42 am

[OOC: I've made an absence post explaining the late reply~]
It was time. He stood before the mirror, admiring his own self. More importantly the Hokage was admiring his new attire, a cloak to be more exact. The cloak was custom made for a man of his caliber which bore a great resemblance to his and the other Kages' cloaks though held a much more important factor than the four cloaks already in existence, which would remain a mystery to anyone even glancing at Ryujin as by now chakra covered his body, a simple transformation technique as to give off the appearance of the cloak being the Hokage's ordinary Hokage Cloak. Ryujin had been preparing for this day for a short few days now, training even with his Edos in case of an attack, which was evident the day he laid eyes on the beautiful Akio, his love still lurking within him for the young lad. It would have been a lie to say his heart wasn't beating a slight bit faster than usual as excitement coursed through him as he waited in anticipation for the Summit to commence. The Land of Snow was more than willing to aid the Hokage in the creation as well as preparations of this Summit, though held no loyalty to Ryujin as ryo could seemingly even make the Snow dance to his whim. Whilst he was standing before the mirror, his double would be doing some preparations of his own. Beneath Konohagakure laid a labyrinth of cave tunnels, one entrance would lead one into this labyrinth though one could and would easily get lost within. A lucky few have stumbled upon the centerpiece of this labyrinth, of course their time was cut short with a swift death as to keep the existence of Ryujin's labyrinth a secret. Within this centerpiece lays Tee Shiki's heartless body as his heart was now pumping blood through Ryujin's own body. Amongst other things were Kazai's remaining pieces of flesh taken from the battlefield in Sunagakure a few days ago. The stench of dead flesh filled the air within this centerpiece though Ryujin was quite used to the smell of the dead as one could, without a doubt, associate him with necromancy, of course that only applies to the ones who possess a decent amount of knowledge about Ryujin.

The fission took a piece of Kazai's flesh in order to further prepare for the Summit, placing it upon a surgical steel table within this centerpiece of his. It was a second at most before the fission would perform a few handseals in order to create a manipulation within it's own chakra, drawing chakra closer towards his hands. A light blue hue of chakra would form in a sphere like fashion on the outer-layers of the fission's hands as it touched the piece of flesh. Rapidly the flesh would start to regenerate, as each second passed by Kazai's flesh would grow bigger and bigger, blood would start to drip and ooze from it. It Was Time. The body had been created from a simple piece of flesh, such was the strength of Ryujin's medical abilities through years of practice and studies with the help of this very labyrinth, many having been sacrificed for his own needs in order to gain more power. Yes, power.. Deep within his heart he yearned for power, even though he doesn't always realize it, though passively shows this through constant training as to better himself, constant searches for better material such as Kazai's body. The body of Kazai laid lifeless on the surgical steel table within this dark and dreaded room, though such was only the appearance at that time. This appearance would soon change, the body being a perfect replica of Kazai though lifeless. With another manipulation within his own chakra the fission would cause Kazai's un-decayed, scratchless, undamaged body to wake. His chakra being the medium for controlling the corpse through the use of the Dead Soul Technique, another addition to his necromancy skills. The corpse would dress itself in some Sunagakure shinobi clothing, being accompanied by a Sunagakure Headband of course. This was made possible by an infiltration group within Konohagakure, specializing in the arts of just that, infiltration. This meant that no single thing was out of place on Kazai's attire, he looked exactly as he did whilst alive.

A few minutes have passed after Kazai's pseudo rebirth before Ryujin and the fission met up at the gates. "I've sent for Gen, he should be arriving soon." He would say to his double. "A wise choice." The double would reply. They were indeed the same person though events for each were different after the fission's creation which meant neither thought exactly the same and neither did they do so at the exact same time, as such a thing would be illogical. The fission wasn't referring to taking Gen along with them, however it was referring to a choice Ryujin had made. There was a reason only Gen would be accompanying him to the Summit, which would remain a mystery for now as well. As soon as Gen would arrive at the gates they would head off towards their intended destination, the Land of Snow. At that time the climate was quite hot, with very few clouds filling the skies and a mere slight breeze could be felt against one's skin. Upon Gen's arrival the two would greet him with a slight smile on their face, their anticipation now having subdued, replaced with a calm mind and steady heartbeat.

It was time. The four would arrive within the Land of Snow a while later after traveling from the Leaf to the borders of the Snow, the three being Ryujin, the fission and Kazai's undead -though seemingly alive- body, as well as Gen if he chose to accompany them. Ryujin's skin could feel the cold immediately as the air touched him, snow flakes slowly falling from the grey clouds above them. "Strange, isn't it? It seemingly always snows here, there's another land I know of where it constantly rains as well. Marvelous." He would say in admiration of the unique world they inhabited, never growing unimpressed by his discoveries of what it held. After walking a bit closer, about two hundred meters from where they would be greeted by the guards, Ryujin's fission would make his leave, leaving Kazai's body to be controlled by Ryujin himself, and so he did. Kazai would continue standing which turned into them continuing to walk and so did Kazai. The undead man's eyes remained open, every now and then Ryujin would cause Kazai's eyelids to close at a fast pace and open again, replicating a blinking motion as to add a more lifelike appearance to the undead. They eventually met up with the guards appointed to greet and escort the three to their quarters. "Greetings Lord Hokage." A smile grew on their face, whether it was simply out of respect or fear would remain unknown to Ryujin, one thing was sure though, they knew how to fake a smile. Ryujin had pushed them to get everything ready for days on end now, they were tired and hungry with little time to eat, though that didn't hinder their combat efficiency in the slightest. Ryujin himself as well as his fission, who was now long gone waiting somewhere within the land of snow about 537 meters from the Summit room, were both well fed and enjoyed a great feast as they said their goodbyes to Konohagakure, a temporary goodbye.

After arriving in their quarters Ryujin would offer Gen some lemon juice which stood in a silver chalice on each of the tables within the room, totaling to four chalices. It was completely harmless as Ryujin had paid the door-guard to personally have a sip of each cup before offering Gen some. The Kages might have been feared by the majority of the shinobi world however there remained the imminent threat of those who wished to dispose of the newly appointed Kages. "Is everyone ready?" Ryujin would ask the guard, to which he would nod, signaling Ryujin that the other three Kages were already within the main room set for the Summit. His head would make a soft motion as he looked back at Gen, giving him the signal that it was time to go. It was time. Ryujin would walk as his feet pressed against some average shinobi sandals, perfect for comfortable movement in and out of combat.

A wooden door stood between him and the room, his right hand motioning forward as to push it open, revealing the three Kages within the room. He was quite surprised as to find the closest Kage to him being the Raikage, a young girl who, judging by her appearance, had just entered puberty. "Oh.. I'm definitely doing the right thing here." Ryujin thought to himself, his face remaining calm, a soft smile would be the only thing they could find on his face if they were to look at him. She was about five meters from Ryujin as he stood inside the door's opening. "Greetings, my fellow Kage." Ryujin would say with respect coursing through the tone of his voice, though this was a complete lie. He had no more respect for these Kage, at least.. Most of them. "A young girl ruling an entire village, by the looks of it the Mist is on their third Mizukage and it's only been a short few weeks, what order do they have? At least Horus is still capable.. I hope. We'll have to see." He thought to himself once more, though no wait period would fill the time between his greeting and the next few words. "Horus, you might be looking for this one." He would say as he stepped closer towards his chair at the table, allowing Kazai to enter through the door as he took casual steps closer towards Horus, standing about two meters from him before stopping as he moved at a normal pace, before taking a bow as he stood before his Lord Kazekage. "As you can see, Horus, we have much to discuss. I do apologize for not reaching out to you sooner, though I've been quite busy myself. Kazai here can vouch for that, as he was the subject of my attention." A pause would be given before he continued. "As we made our way from your office, we were attacked, ambushed by whom I believe to be a rogue ninja from your village. The Flying Thunder God user I told you about. A massive explosion was released, with my students both being by the side of another young Sunagakure nin as I watched them from afar. I had to conjure a wooden hand which you probably noticed already, as I trust you have, in order to separate our shinobi from the rogue. In the process the young lad has taken a hit to the head, with my students being protected by myself, though Kazai.. He took the hardest hit. I had to take both the lad as well as Kazai to the leaf whilst I took my students to safety, having no time to get to a hospital and get my students home at the same time. I spent a few days repairing Kazai's body, my chakra still courses through him as you might be able to tell if you're using any sensory techniques at this moment. I sent the lad home during that time, you should find him though I doubt he has any knowledge of this due to the position at which he hit his head. It's not permanent though, his memories could return, I have faith in that. I believe Kazai here is one of your Jounin, am I correct?" He would catch his breath for a moment after speaking, allowing a reply from Horus to be given if he wished to do so, though Kazai would nod before allowing Horus to speak, vouching for Ryujin's words. His head turned to the Mizukage, and then to the Raikage, before turning back to Horus in a casual manner. All of which he spoke were lies though, each word apart of his plot to mislead the Kazekage, though his tone provided an honest backing, as did his body language and facial expression, as if he truly believed he was speaking the truth the entire time. The Raikage would now be about three meters to his left, with the Mizukage being three meters to his right, whilst Horus sat three meters in front of Ryujin, all four of them together now surrounding the round table within their seats. The fifth chair designed for the nonexistent Tsuchikage would be located to Horus' left, about one meter from the vagabond. The time for the truth was coming soon enough.. It was indeed.. Time.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] 02xXJIs

Seated on Diana’s lap, Kai watched as the Mizukage, Kazekage and Hokage entered the room - in that order. A smile plastered across her face, she would nod as a form of greeting to each though keeping silent as she waited for the meeting to commence. She knew it would be boring, really boring, and she wished to get it over with, but the Hokage had other plans. After greeting the Kages in the room, the dark-haired man began to address the Kazekage by the name of Horus. She automatically assumed that the two had met each other prior to this meeting. He spewed some words that she wasn’t inclined to believe given how neither of them were friends, but she wasn’t about to say anything. It was Suna’s matter and she wasn’t about to get involved. So, she instead glanced at Diana and Tsuki before directing her attention back on the Kages. She cocked her head to the side as she waited for the Hokage to get on with the meeting so that she could leave. She had a great desire to play in the snow and that would not occur until the conclusion of this meeting. So he better hurry whilst he had the attention of the Raikage for she was going to get bored. Though that didn’t matter much since Diana would easily speak on behalf of the ten-year-old.

PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeThu Nov 05, 2015 6:19 pm

Gambaldi remained silent as he sized up the individuals that would be his peers. The first to grab his attention being the woman and child seated in the spot resigned for the Raikage. He found rather amusing that a child could be the leader of an entire village, in fact the idea seemed unlikely. However here it was right in front of him, the guardianship of entire village now fell to children. "For a child to be thrust into such a responsibility seems unfair," he thought as shifted his gaze to his other peer.

Gambaldi knew next to nothing of the Kazekage other than the fact he ruled Sunagakure. He didn't speak upon entering, though that was not shocking in the least. Words had to be carefully chosen in situations such as these. One insult could result in all out war that was bad for business. In most cases. Gambaldi himself had learned to thrive in the chaos while maintaining his sanity. He was most at home in conflict, but only in the pursuit of his ideals. Pointless war, while fun, would only slow down his plans for the future. Despite the Summit being held by another, Gambaldi saw this a opportunity to delve into the minds of his only obstacles. Recon was what he was most known for amongst his comrades, this Summit was nothing more than that.

In the brief moment that Gambaldi sized up his peers, little more than a glance at both Kage's, the host had finally saw fit to grace the group with his presence. He was accompanied, oddly enough, by a shinobi from Sunagakure. Showing no signs of intrigue beyond his left brow raising slightly, Gambaldi was rather curious as to why the Kazekage's man would be escorting the Hokage. His first thought was that the two Kage had already allied with one another. It wasn't until the Hokage began to explain the suna ninja's presence did his interest become apparent.

Both of his brows had raised, though his greyish green eyes remained half closed. Gambaldi could hardly believe the honesty of the man, but did respect it. Few were willing to step up and admit the foul things they've done. Still, this was a very interesting way to begin a summit. Gambaldi kept his words and opinions to himself, allowing this situation to be settled between the two Kage. The Mizukage secretly hoped that the Kazekage took exception to this news. Had it been himself Gambaldi would have sought proper justice for the Hokage's bold actions. Still sitting back, but now unfolding his arms, Gambaldi rested his elbows on the arm of his chair. With his left hand clenched in a fist, he placed his right hand over it. He brought his left foot up and rested it on his knee, the left side of the foot resting flat on his right knee.

His attention was on the scene before, but he made it a point to monitor all within his field of vision, peripheral included. Though it had only just started, this Summit promised to be one Gambaldi was sure he'd enjoy by the end.

PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeThu Nov 05, 2015 8:02 pm

Within Kirigakure was a snoozing medical ninja who was receiving some much needed rest. Things were looking up for the white haired shinobi after taking down the crime lord within the Land of Water and being promoted to an S-Rank ANBU all in one day. The doctor was getting some sleep before starting his new duties when there was suddenly a knock at the door. Going to see who it was, the Kaguya answered his front door to notice a messenger with an envelope stamped with a kanji for “Third Mizukage”.

“The Black Lion of the Mist already has an assignment for me?” Soran asked the messenger as he opened the envelope, took out the note, and began to read its contents. Apparently the two were to journey to the Land of Snow and attend a summit for the Kage. As an additional detail, the newly appointed ANBU was appointed the task to pick up the Mizukage’s sword from the Kirigakure blacksmith. “We just got promoted last night and this guy already has me running errands for him.” The ninja chuckled as he slammed the door in the messenger’s face and prepared for the journey.

Gathering his supplies, the white haired ninja placed all his basic ninja tools and his gas mask into a small scroll. Putting on his A-Rank Flame Resistant Ninja Attire and hiding the small scroll in his left glove, the shinobi went to the village blacksmith to retrieve the sword of the Mizukage. Along the way, the mist ninja tied his blue Kirigakure headband around his forehead and placed his hood up. He was dressed like a true master of stealth by wearing all black with a hint of dark grey.

Upon arrival, the warrior was greeted by the blacksmith presenting the newly crafted sword to him. There was an emblem of a gold dragon on the blade itself, which was a sign of an impressive craftsman. The size of the sword itself even stretched out to be taller than Soran! Combined with the hilt, the Muramasa's length was seven feet tall. Placing the blade into the sheath, the Kirigakure ANBU ventured to find the Mizukage. Upon reaching the village gate, he learned that Gambaldi had already left without him. Letting out a sigh, the shinobi dashed off to catch up with his new Kage while carrying the extremely large blade in his hands.

*Skipping to the Kage Summit*

The two had finally reached their freezing destination. The shinobi kept warm with his outfit by keeping his hood up and putting his cowl on. The only thing visible about the shinobi’s physical appearance was his cool grey eyes and the Kirigakure insignia on his forehead protector. The two approached a large building complex and were greeted by guards while Soran was still holding the extremely large blade. The Kaguya was introduced as Nanashi of the Mist and bodyguard of the Mizukage, explaining the enormous blade being carried. This wasn’t particularly odd considering there have been many swordsmen from the Land of Water possessing ridiculously large weapons.

The duo were guided into a room where a young girl wearing a kimono was sitting with two bodyguards. Could she be a Kage as well? It wasn’t that long ago that there was a young Mizukage sitting the throne of Kirigakure. But he was replaced by a newer model for reasons unknown to the hooded shinobi. Rather than to stare while his face was concealed, the warrior would simply stand next to the Mizukage silently while the lofty man leaned back in his chair and folded his arms. A man in a straw hat then entered the room and took a seat with two more bodyguards. Could the leader of the Land of Water have been the only Kage to find it unnecessary to travel as a unit?

Glancing over at the others in the room, the Kaguya was careful not to make even the slightest eye contact with anybody in the room. The shinobi world was full of Genjutsu users and Soran wasn’t particularly fond of being caught in illusions. Even though it was something he had been trained to counter by his old Uchiha mentor, who was now deceased, he still had it in the back of his mind to avoid anything that could be used as a trigger. He was still unsure of the reason behind the Kage being gathered together, despite the information given to him during the trip by Gambaldi. As far as Soran was concerned, he was only there to protect his Kage and ensure that his leader would have a weapon nearby, if the need presented itself. The hooded warrior stood in complete silence to the left of the Mizukage and held the large sword by its sheath, hilt facing the table within reaching distance of Gambaldi. Soran maintained a reasonable distance from his companion to ensure he would remain unharmed if the sword were to be drawn for any reason.

The wooden door opened once again as another man emerged and greeted everybody. This was likely the Kage who had summoned everybody here. The new arrival addressed the man in the straw hat as Horus before another stranger entered through the same door. The follower apparently possessed the name Kazai and the two Kage appeared to have preexisting knowledge of each other. Perhaps the two were acquaintances? From the looks of things, they have probably possessed the Kage title longer than anybody else in the room.

Apparently this man was from the leaf, meaning he was the Hokage. He spoke of Sunagakure to Horus, indicating that he was the Kazekage. This could only mean that the young girl in the kimono was the Raikage. This was good, the hooded ninja had deduced the identity of each Kage by simply listening to the conversation. As far as Soran knew, there was no current fifth Kage in the Land of Earth. That would explain why there was an empty seat, although setting it up in the first place came across as futile.

The shinobi kept his calm composure as he continued to listen to what the Hokage had to say. From the looks of it, there appeared to be conflict arising between Suna and Konoha. Both the Raikage and Mizukage remained quiet. Nanashi would also remain in silence and simply await a reply from Horus.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeSat Nov 07, 2015 11:00 am

Spoiler:

~Before Arrival~

When Kouzai first learned he was to be attending the summit with the Kazekage, his initial reaction was one of disbelief and dismay. For starters, he had never actually met the Kazekage, he heard of him, and seen a picture or two of him. In class a few of the students tried to transform into him, though they really were very crude in their attempts, some of them giving him large erections etc etc. Kouzai would snort with laughter when the other children did it, but that was a few years ago, and this was real life. The second thing that happened was, he wondered what kind of summit it was. He had no real idea just what it was going to be about. Perhaps they really were going to the summit of some mountain, the Kazekage could be religious, and perhaps that is why he is a very secretive person. That actually made the most sense to Kouzai, the Kazekage was a member of some wicked cult, and he had heard the Kazekage was bit of a womanizer, but perhaps it was because he believed in some ancient pagan god of fertility. He remembered some old wives tales about big bellied Goddess giving birth to horrible creatures. Kouzai asked around, he asked a lot, just exactly who was going, why he was chosen. No one gave him an answer, no one knew. They all said the Kazekage lived on a whim and fancy. What did that even mean a whim and a fancy? Who lives on a fancy? But the fact remained; he was chosen to attend the summit event. He made himself ready, well as ready as he could. He wanted to impress the Kazekage, even if just a little. He spent the majority of his time purchasing the materials needed to craft a wonderful set of armor, too much money in fact; he would have a hard time paying his bills. Kouzai decked himself out, his gleaming armor, beautiful sword; all would mean nothing in a real situation. He was informed the morning of, that this was a Kage summit. What was a Kage summit he asked, well it was a summit where all the Kage’s gathered throughout the land, and it was called for by the Hokage.

This proclamation stopped him dead in his tracks, all the Kage’s were gathering in one place, all were required to bring bodyguards. Sweet Honey Ice Tea, just what was the Kazekage thinking, bringing along a rope a dope like him along. The most powerful Ninja in the world were going to this event, along with their bodyguards. Kouzai was going to be the only Samurai in attendance, and he only just became a Samurai, he still had a long way until he was a Captain, and even longer still until he became of Shogun rank. All the Kage’s in one place, plus 2 bodyguards. What insanity, why would they call a meeting. Was another bijuu going to attack? Was it like a murder mystery? Were they all friends? They just didn’t call a meeting to play cards? Did they? Kouzai’s head was spinning, he needed to ground himself, think of something in particular. They were headed to the Land of Snow, who had an advantage in snow? Was it Samurai? Kouzai couldn’t remember all of his training. Was that why he was chosen? “Okay focus” he thought, what do you remember. Footing is important, stance is important. What else… perception, situational awareness. Don’t embarrass the Kazekage, be honorable, don’t sleep around. Wait, don’t sleep around, where did that thought come from? Oh god, it was his master. He always said such weird things. “Kouzai, the largest weakness in a Samurai is lacking honor, the largest weakness in men is having many women. Keep your honor, leave women alone” he used to say, damn that old man, always getting into his head, stupid words of wisdom from a virgin Shogun.

The journey there was rather uneventful and silent, a few times Kouzai tried to speak to the Kazekage, but the man was just… he was just too potent to speak too. Kouzai could almost smell the masculinity and pheromones’ coming from him, the man was a beast, an aloof non-virgin beast, just like the whispers on the street. Arriving at the border of the land of snow, it was cold. Kouzai wasn’t really used to the cold. While true, he was born in the land of iron, which had snow and mountains and was cold, his body had gotten used to the extreme heat of the desert for these last years, and now being almost thrust back into the cold was slightly unnerving. Lucky for him, his arm provided protection from the worst of it. Desert armor with its yellowish tint or patina as some might call it, seemed slightly out of place in the land of snow, but it was all relative when it came down to representing one's country. Kouzai worried that they might be late, arriving in the land of snow, he wasn’t sure if everything was acceptable. His Kazekage had eaten with them, but said next to nothing. He gave Kouzai and his partner bodyguard a kunai, a special one from his personal collection. Perhaps the symbol of being a part of the Summit, Kouzai had yet to figure it out, gave him something like a status that says yes, I’m with the Kazekage’s group, party of 3.

~Moving ahead, because people don’t like the boring parts about walking, and humping snow drifts~

As they entered the room, they were the second to last to enter. Though at the time Kouzai didn’t know that; as he didn’t figure out exactly who the Kage’s were until after they entered. The room was slightly oblong, as one entered closer to a particular seat, vs the others, which gave the room an offsetting approach. He noticed the chairs were mainly arranged in a particular order. One chair, which held a young woman, was 3 meters away from another chair, and that chair was 3 meters away from a very very large gentleman, which Kouzai observed to be from Kirigakure. Yet, across from that middle chair, in-between the small girl, which was later identified as the Raikage, was another chair, and 3 meters from that chair, was where his master the Kazekage sat. Kouzai stood to the right of his Kage, taking up place behind him only slightly, within enough space to reach out and put his hand on the Kage’s shoulder if need be. But not in a homosexual way, as that would be disturbing. From the Kazekage, on his right roughly the equal distance as all the chairs, was the Raikage, she was sitting on someone’s lap. On the Kazekage’s left, roughly equal distance as all the other chairs, as an empty chair, Kouzai wondered who that was for, it didn’t make much sense. Perhaps they were waiting for someone else to arrive. He counted again to be sure, Land of Lightning, the Raikage, Land of Wind, the Kazekage, Empty Chair, Land of Water, the Mizukage and another empty chair. What villages were missing? Oh right, the land of fire, the Hokage, and the land of earth, the Tsuchikage. Or what children called him, tushykage. That meant, that across the table, was 4.77 meters if Kouzai remembered his math correctly. Kouzai looked over the room, and did his best to remember his training. Situational awareness was key in understanding a well situation. See how the room flows, where is the exit, where is the entrance.

Kouzai looked at each person in the room, however he was drawn to the Mizukage most of all. The Raikage seemed scary, a young girl, holding that much power, something was definitely up with that. Kouzai didn’t even want to make eye contact with her, maybe she was like a soul eater or something. The Mizukage was huge, the guy was massive, and Kouzai was sure he was massive in every sense of the word. Kouzai did his best not to stare, as he didn’t want anyone, even his own Kage to think he was oggling the Mizukage, but if any man could have a crush, they would surely have a crush on the Mizukage. What wasn’t to love, strong chin line, rippling muscles, towering frame, Kouzai only guessed his voice was like the depths of the ocean, cold yet embracing. However, Kouzai still needed to keep his guard up, the Mizukage’s bodyguard was definitely no slouch either, Kouzai was most likely the weakest looking in the group, however being weak was also an advantage, people underestimate the weak. Kouzai too wondered about his Kage, this meeting wasn’t typical, and his Kazekage wasn’t typical. He hoped that should something important arise, his Kazekage would handle it with extreme restraint, but Kage’s are on such a different level.

The door opened to the meeting room, Kouzai wondered just who exactly it was. The man said, something something my fellow kages. It took Kouzai a half a second to grasp it was another Kage. Now, which one was this, either the Tushykage or the Hokage. The man address his Kazekage directly. He was looking for someone, was that why he came? Perhaps the Kazekage was just a crazy like a fox, instead of crazy like a raccoon. The Kage that just entered, walked into the room, and behind him came another ninja. Kouzai tried to remember who it was… that’s right. The Green Ghost. Kouzai had heard about him, but had no idea his wear abouts. The guy was almost a legend to Sunagakure genin, as he was just a very potent ninja. Kouzai had never met him personally, Samurai and Shinobi generally kept different hours so to speak. But why was he with the Hokage, which Kouzai was finally able to deduce from the kage who just entered. The Green Ghost would walk towards the Kazekage, however Kouzai was in his way, with you know, bodyguards on each side and all. While Kouzai wasn’t as large or intimidating as the Mizukage, he was still in full armor, to which he turned towards the Green Ghost on his approach, stopping him somewhere within a 3 or so feet behind the Raikage’s chair, which was to the Kazekage’s right. Kouzai didn’t want to use force or violence, but answering was needing to be done, after all spending a long time with another Kage was not kosher in the Samurai world, Samurai held honor, they would never help another unless instructed to do so. The Hokage would keep talking, but he wouldn’t take his seat. He told about what happened, but remained standing just behind his chair, which was weird, but perhaps that is how summits went, the one who called stands and talks. Kouzai listened when the Hokage finished his statement, Kouzai eyeing all the other Kage’s and their guards, this was a highly improper place to do so, calling a meeting just to deliver a jounin. Kouzai wanted to call poppycocks on this entire thing. The Green Ghost knew how to get back to Sunagakure, surely. Why call a summit just to do so. Kouzai was on an abnormally high alert, the pieces didn’t fit together, and it started all with the past. Kouzai needed to know exactly what happened back then, he’d have to look into it. Disturbing, very very disturbing.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeMon Nov 09, 2015 7:13 am

ooc: I apologize for the late response I am currently studying for my finals as well as trying to organize the end of the season at work. Please excuse my poor grammar and inconsistency of timelines as I have very much forgotten the order of events.

ic: The land of snow was rightly named, as long as the eye could see snow stretched outwards in all directions. It was much like the desert terrain to be honest. Other than the opposite ends of temperatures both areas were afflicted with extreme weather conditions. People were prone to random out bursts of storms that affected everyday travels. Shinohara was dressed normally for the desert climate however the only exception was a long white and pale grey traveling cloak that kept the snow, wind and moisture away from her. A scarf was well wrapped loosely around her neck that also doubled as a hood. Her family sword was strapped behind her on her waist so the bladed edge pointed up. Her guards were on her arms as per usual. In the semi darkness of the snowy mountains she was but visible to the wandering eye. The snow crunched softly like a small mouse walking over the first snow fall. Such was the training of a Shinobi, she felt more in place on unstable grounds. She was not alone, she in fact was escorting the newly appointed Kazekage of the village. With a party of 6 they traveled to the borders of the frost bitten country of Samurai.

At the borders 3 of the Shinobi stayed behind. This consisted of well trained Shinobi who were well versed in tracking, sensing and creating barriers. They wouldn't offer too much against a Kage but they were an insurance should the summit turn sour. Shinohara had been out of the game for some time but her newly appointed position had caused her to call in favors and her ears to reach out. Quickly as possible she crept up to speed and had a general idea of who they were meeting. The main party now consisted of herself, the Kazekage known as Horus the Vagabond as well as a fresh Genin whom she had no clear knowledge of. He seemed to adopt the life of a Samurai more than a Shinobi but looked like he could hold his own.

The gates were quickly found of the small samurai village. The guards there were in waiting and Shinohara looked at each Samurai within her vicinity her unseen shade of blue eyes reading them. At their rooms they were samurai stationed to keep the peace and all shifted in their armors as they all pondered at the orders given to them. A pride of a Samurai wasn't much she thought. A few gold coins and even the most proud would spread their legs. She didn't wave off the voices this time. Information was different from random mumblings. Yurae stared down a Samurai Captain and ordered him to clear all his men from the building that would house their Sunagakure guests. Fat pockets and thin ears were not good to trust. Inside food had been prepared, the Kazekage seemed to share a bit of insight or was experienced with such and had all the food tasted before he thought about eating them himself. Yurae advised against it and offered him some preserved food from home which she herself would opt for if she got hungry. The Kazekage handed his two guards Kunais which were supposedly unique to himself. These she pocketed safely in various places.

Skipping to the meeting:

Ha, the Genin sure was tense as a cow to slaughter. She didn't blame him, she never really cared to. In his confusion he stood on the right side of the Kage which should have been reserved for the next superior of the village. An angry voice inside of her sounded his insolence and how he had brought shame to Yurae and himself. These she waved away with a mental hand, hush now was not the time. The boy seemed to know what needed to be done scanning the exits and entrances. Most of the Kages had been seated The Mizukage a bulking lion of a man seated on his little stone chair with the Raikage seated by herself on a massive throne. The contrast was almost comic like. Yurae looked uninterested in the meeting her dull and bored face appearing to zone out. It was who she was. A great hollywood actor she would have made with an array of emotions.

Her right hand wondered lovingly on the back of the Kazekage as playful fingers walked their way up his shoulders. Slender hands rested on the left of his broad shoulders and they did a little twirl. A girly voice inside her head began to spew some rather ridiculous suggestions. However all was planned. Her hands lightly tapped the shoulders of the Kazekage so softly that it would be hard to tell it apart other than light skin ship but the light drumming of minute chakra would be felt by the 2 Suna Shinobi. The number of people in the room would be first, yet she failed to count the Last Arrival. Kazai entered with the Hokage the later explaining the reason of such and what not. While her eyes saw the arrival of Kazai her fingers did not tap to count him as among the living souls.

Her eyes would be glowing slightly blue as her eyes bore into that of the Hokage as well as Kazai. Such bitterness inside the man, an eagerness to spit out the very venomous nature he hid. There was definitely a god complex inside this man, the look of dis-taste for the Child Kage and the heart of ridicule for the Mizukage. Yet there was a skeptical eye and a mixture of paranoia and curiosity for the Kazekage. The last man had nothing inside her eyes could see. Yurae didn't have to lean much but her soft lips found her way near to the Kazekage's ears. She would softly whisper in a very sensual manner. "Kazai is dead. There is no soul in that body. The Hokage has other plans." She would lean closer in as her feminine spirit took a moment of control giving him a soft peck and the cheeks making sure she didn't cover the Kazekages line of sight on anyone. She would lean back out and stand closely to his left once more.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeMon Nov 09, 2015 4:21 pm

The distant brethren had gathered at this prepared meeting place to a summit that the apparent host remained absent from. It had occurred to Horus that Ryujin was somewhat missing in action, which meant the Hokage held the advantage. Be that as it may, Horus found himself getting impatient while waiting for Ryujin to turn up, taking the time to gather his thoughts, although it wasn't before long that the Hokage made his appearance. The silhouette from behind the wooden door peaked the curiosity of the Kazekage. Sitting with Yurae and Kouzai standing behind him and on each side. Horus took a quick glance around the room before the doors parted to reveal Ryujin. A smirk was now present on the face of the vagabond, since he'd been dying to have another meeting with the Hokage. His little worker Genin Vaati had divulged all the necessary information regarding a little spat between Suna Nins and Konoha Shinobi. The Hokage lead with a greeting, while introducing his old friend Kazai to the Kazekage. As the Hokage spoke, Yurae leaned in before the man could finish giving his explanation, and updated the Kazekage. The old vagabond knew something was afoot. Since he didn't even bother to acknowledge Kazai as one of his own. He would let Kouzai deal with such a thing. And should Kazai move any further without the permission of the Kazekage. Then Kouzai the samurai will more than likely cut the man down or at least attempt to do so. Yurae's actions though saw the Kazekage responded in a manner as if the two were fully acquainted with each other.

Things had gone beyond the mere complexities of Kazekage and guard. A feeling of elation and yearning filled the Kazekage as he played along with the Kunoichi. Only his facial expression told the tale, since the rest of his body remained relaxed but ready to make a move if necessary. None of what Ryujin had to say about the Suna incident made any sense. That and the Kazekage found it extremely odd that Ryujin had yet to sit down. Thus further solidifying Yurae's reasons for thinking that the man was up to something. By not sitting down it meant that Ryujin could probably make a quick break for it. There he was, standing before them all, playing the role of the host that was too rude to show his fellow kage any respect. The Kazekage raised his hand gently as Ryujin finished and pointed towards the Hokage's seat. "Calm down Ryujin of the Senju and Konoha's Hokage. You would put me and my fellow kage at ease if you were to sit. Besides, I already know that your little story is nothing but a bunch of lies, perched upon a pile of shit. And while ya at it, please drop the act and remove the infernal thing from my presence. The stench is causing my nose to twitch". The Kazekage stated bluntly while gazing over at Ryujin, searching for signs of a malicious act. This was the moment that Ryujin would feel as if he had egg on his face.

No doubt from this revelation it may well raise a few eyebrows. That, and if his fellow kage, such as the Raikage was smart enough. She would ensure that Kazai's body got away from her as soon as possible. In fact she would ensure that Kouzai the samurai didn't have to take out the trash. With all this said, Horus remained as calm as ever with now a devilish grin on his face. As of yet, Ryujin had no reason to flee the scene, but Horus wanted to make things a little uncomfortable for the man. He would paint Konoha in such a way as to show that they're indeed wolves in sheep clothing. "Ryujin, you managed to kill a dear friend of mine. I will have Konoha compensate Sunagakure for this, but let us move on. Ya stated that the unknown person that we spoke about appeared right? Well that couldn't have happened without me noticing, since I had a team put in place for such contingencies, long before you visited Sunagakure. I am however now curious to find out the true meaning of this summit. I take it ya gonna explain to Kirigakure's Mizukage that ya intend on destroying their village? I know you have an hard on for the Uchiha especially, and ya have beef with the entire village as a result, right? What more should I disclose between us all?". The Kazekage had indeed opened a can of worms, and he was waiting to see Ryujin's reaction. At this point Horus had no reason to lie, and as he spoke of the atrocities lurking within Ryujin. The man was looking down on the Hokage, however infuriating it may be. If anything, Horus was most disappointed, since he believed showed a great deal of potential.

Considering what was said, the other Kages may now be looking at Ryujin with eyes of skepticism. Maybe they all ought to ask themselves, why wasn't Ryujin with another bodyguard, aside from the corpse of Kazai? Why was it that Ryujin called the meeting, as oppose to the meeting being held upon the request of the Daimyo? These were all valid questions, and it would point to a man that was indeed an agent in disguise. "I didn't think you'd also be a wolf in sheep's clothing, old friend". During the whole time of the speeches that were being made. Horus had begun to monitor the situation Chakra wise, meanwhile sensing for disturbances and hidden surprises. The room felt a small and confined space, so a few unfortunate things could happen. The left hand of the Kazekage rose and rested on his hat, while awaiting a reply. The time for one to skip the bullshite was at hand. So what was it that Ryujin really wanted to say?

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeMon Nov 09, 2015 7:05 pm

*clack...clack....clack....clack* A gentle rhythmic clacking sound began to echo through the area. The gentle rapping which did come a tapping, tapping upon the floor. A midnight hour, close at hand, drawing near, is death's hand. The gentle taping, growing in sound while a cold cold air could be felt all around. The gentle noises both high and low, a pure raw emotion of hatred did grow. But ever lasting life was naught, as the demon arose but not to be fought...

The tapping grew louder and louder towards the tabled room. With an abrupt stop, there could be heard no noises from the door. It would be still. Almost as if death itself was now at the door. The soundless pause almost seemed to frame the very cold air that filled the snow's lands. It was this very coldness that seemed to suit the being behind the door. It was now, that the door would creep open as the clacking would resume to reveal a large black silhouette from behind the door.

"Sorry I'm late. It appears my invitation was lost in the mail."

The voice echoed through the room. It was obvious to be a woman's voice with a gentle, sweet tone. As the clacking brought fourth the one who held the shoes to this incessant noise. A tall slender woman stood before the group. Such tall, gentle curves upon her body which were accented by her tight attire. She wore a small leather jacket topped with metal shoulder guards. Under that she was fashioned with a tight black almost bra like object. She would stand there for a moment and run her hand through her long red hair as her gentle yet determined blue eyes gazed forward.

The clacking before hand could now be seen to emanate from the woman's boots which she wore. These boots would rest at the full height which spanned to just below the knee. Her pants were fitted tightly to her body with various crisscrossing belts. A large beautiful buckle pulled it all together. Of course, it was interesting how upon her hands and wrists she bore finger-less gloves with a spiked ashi-guard. Finally, upon her body would be adorned a long black coat which was reminiscent of a Kage's coat. The colors were awful, dreadful, and almost too dark even for the taste of Beelzebub. The woman's body would shift ever so slightly while her left hand reached to to her hip. Her right would lazily lift upwards as she spoke in her gentle, beautiful tone of voice.

"Ah, this must be my seat. Oh, please, Continue. Don't mind me."

Her voice spoke as her body would begin walking towards the Tsuchikage's seat. As the woman reached the seat she would gently pull it backwards a ways. As she did, the chair would rise from the ground ever so slightly by the wood of the chair legs extending. In a matter of moments, the chair had been altered ever so slightly to be raised just enough off the ground. The woman's body would then slowly start to walk around the room looking at each and every Kage that was here. It appeared the remaining Kage were low in number. With this thought in her mind, she'd begin her oddities by stopping where the Kazekage was. There, she'd gently lean towards him while running a finger down the man's chest slowly and softly while speaking.

"Oh, Kazekage-sama. So strong, and handsome. Mm, quite enjoyable for Suna I'm sure."

With that she'd slowly walk more forward and look to Ryujin and the man next to him. As she approached closer the woman would gently touch the odd man's face before pulling her hand back the moment she touched it. The woman's eyes would widen with delight as she saw it. She'd then caress the odd man's cheek before placing a finger in her mouth and giggling just a little. After which, she'd turn to Ryujin and smile warmly with a soft wink as she spoke.

"I like what you've done with him."

The woman would then make her way around the table to see the Raikage. After getting a bit close, the woman's hand would reach into her long Kage robe to pull out a piece of candy. She'd gently place it upon the table with a giggle, warm smile, and soft elegant steps towards her seat. She'd pass by the Mizukage with a gentle touch of his chair causing it to shrink a centimeter. Here, she would sit upon her newly created homemade throne and stare at the people before her. After sitting down in a comfortable position, the woman would cross her left leg, resting it upon her right knee. Her intent was simple. Information. It was now, that she'd begin speaking as she assumed those present wouldn't do so.

"Well, if you're going to stare at me in oblivious wonder I might as well Introduce myself. Good day to you all fellow Kage. I am, Tsuchikaze Mana, of Iwagakure."

Her voice would echo through the room. Oh how joyous of a time this was. Her announcement was here. She was on the brink of her own acknowledgement to becoming the world's savior. Oh how this day seemed like such a grand and, spectacular day. Mana would gently move her hand to her eye for a moment to get a small piece of wood from it. It appeared she was, elegant, proper, and yet, somehow she just held an air of devilish intent about her.

PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeMon Nov 09, 2015 8:25 pm

The man knew his orders. Protect the Kazekage. That was all he had to do here. Zento the Janitor. He would walk in with his hands in his pockets. A long blue coat down his body and a black hat with goggles on them. The same he wears when working on his toys. He wasn't sure what kind of people he would see here at the kage summit. But, it would be interesting none the less. Who could pass up the chance to meet people from other villages? Not this one. Not a collector. There Zento would pop his neck as he walked through the building. Zento took his hands and grabbed his arms rubbing them. It's too damn cold out of this! The Puppeteer was use to nice hot weather in the sand. Not this, frozen hell hole. He didn't understand why this couldn't be ANYWHERE else. Zento never liked the cold. It was bothering. Makes the boys retreat. No one needs or likes that feeling. Zento would cover most of his face in the shadow of his hat. Showing nothing but a white smile. It was going to be quite a time. He wanted to study everyone in the summit and who exactly they were.

The six foot man would slowly start to make his way to the room and feeling back in his skin being warm and out of the cold. The boys back to normal. He could see some of the people in the room. And some of the suna shinobi. Zento grabbed his mask off of his belt and slid it on. Showing he was an ANBU agent. But not just an agent, this was the Captain of the ANBU Black ops. Normally, Zento never wears the mask. And when he did, it was for one thing. But, The puppeteer felt it would be best if he wore the mask this time to show the ANBU to the other villagers. As Zento walked into the room, his head was tilted down.

Zento finally stepped into the room behind the woman as she whispered to the kazekage something and the Tsuchikage making overly done entrance. Zento lifted his head up to look at everyone. Revealing his mask. Showing a black smile with red lines dropping down from the eyes to the mouth. Zento didn't say a word to any of the people in there. Not even a village symbol to show where exactly he was from. But he walked behind the kazekage. His back pressed to the wall. Zento grabbed a scroll from his back pouch and opening it. A large cloud of smoke appearing. Once the smoke had cleared, a puppet with huge arms would appear. Zento sitting on its back. His black hair moving over his mask and over his face. But his cold stare looking at everyone in the room. Keeping a close eye on them all. The puppet not being activated so the heat was not on. Just so that Zento wouldn't be burned and harmed by his own creation. His wide eyes looking at everyone. Slowly turning to look and see what was around. Studying all of them.

PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeTue Nov 10, 2015 11:53 pm

notes. So many people.
words. 1586 | 1586
chakra. 665 | 675

The travels were swift and simple, though quite pleasant. Gen traveled with a pair of Ryujin’s and what was apparently the reanimated and potentially recreated corpse of a Suna ninja. He had initially quirked an eyebrow at the multiple kages, though he understood the principle behind the technique and had, in fact, left behind a fission of his own to guard over the village. Moreover, he was much more concerned about this Suna ninja, not because he feared betrayal from a lifeless husk, but because the whole idea confused him. Still, he refrained from asking too many questions both that he may spare Ryujin’s need of explaining something he may wish to avoid and so that, should he be captured in some miraculous event that he could not reveal whatever plans the kage had set into motion. He did, of course, know of the scuffle that had transpired off in Suna, but he did not bring it up. So the group walked in amiable chatter, speaking of the weather and other matters, Gen confessing to Ryujin at his comment on the weather. ”I actually prefer the cold, the snow and rain and mist. I’ve no idea why, but I just love the chill and the overcast parts of the world.” He turned to Ryujin, nodding and smiling. ”Truly, we live in a splendid world.” The Old One laughed at this.

When finally they reached the location of the summit, Gen excused himself for a brief time to finish up the final touches of planning. As Ryujin was busy with his job and such, Gen had stepped in to take care of most of the planning of the summit, contacting the country and the private host of guards as well as sending out the messages to the remaining kages. Thus, he had been in contact with the guards and needed to touch base finally with them. He returned to the quarters with Ryujin then, accepting his offering of some tea before the summit finally began. A few messengers fluttered to and away from him, telling him of the recent arrivals until all had finally arrived, at which point the trio moved towards the summit, Gen grabbing a small open-faced notebook containing the names of those who had checked in with the guards. He followed behind both Ryujin and his walking corpse, entering after them and leaning up gently against the wall, his face all smiles and warm eyes and small, calm chakra.

He took note, of course, of all those in attendance, leaning there in comfortable black pants, a bright green shirt with a dark blue jacket thrown over it, black shoes, and of course his throwing knives stored safely within his sleeves. He gazed around the room, making silent contact with all those present who would meet his amiable gaze, nodding slightly as he entreated with each and mentally attaching a name to them. At the same time, he tasted them, The Old One taking note of their feel and make alongside him. There, the young Raikage, a distinctly sweet aroma hovering around her; and there, the Third Mizukage towering even from a seated position, inhumanly large and tasking black and cold and sharp; next to him stood his single guard, a man going by the name of Nanashi, indicating that he either was using a false moniker or was the result of shameful birth, though his attire hinted at the former. He possessed a distinctly bland flavor with a chalky texture. Finally, there was the Kazekage, a somewhat infamous being. He swarmed with such a chaotic flavor, such a multitude of conflicting textures and colors that it seemed he was less of a single, unified force and more of a hodgepodge smashing together of varying, disparate partial personalities and powers. Beneath this, however, lurked a deep, oily inky flavor that gave Gen mental pause. To either side stood a guard of hers, one a young looking boy garbed in immaculate armor and tasting of grit and sand and metal and overexcitement. The other, a woman of red hair, felt of death and tasted ethereal. As he looked, he felt the displeasure of mild weariness for the sheer number of blades about. The black, tentacle tattoo upon his brow rested gently under his hair, almost entirely obscured and the remaining thirty marks upon his body resting beneath his shirt and pants. So much for a peaceful summit.

Ryujin began talking then, speaking of the puppet he’d brought. Kazai moved forward as his master spoke, making his way over to the Kazekage, though his guard, the woman, would interrupt his stride with a flash of her eyes. She appeared to be using some kind of glowing dojutsu while feeling up her kage; despicable in its indiscretion, to say the least, though Gen did not react except to keep a closer eye on the woman. Either she was a compulsive and obnoxious flirt – a poor choice in body guard – or there was something else going on here. She began whispering then to the kage, her lips close and voice too low to hear, though Gen could, with adequate effectiveness, make our her meaning. She clearly knew that the body was the walking dead, and he caught both ‘Hokage’ and ‘other plans.’ He shifted his position, moving his weight from one foot to the other and moving closer to his kage, about to speak quietly to the man about Horus’ warning, though it quickly became irrelevant; the Kazakage seemed quick to anger and quick to speak. Slow to think, perhaps.

The man levied a long list of whining complaints, prattling on about Ryujin’s pile of lies, about the death of one of his own, about the corpse, his foolish surprise at finding a wolf in sheep’s clothing in a world room populated by ninjas and assassins, and even going so far as to throw in wild accusations about Ryujin’s wish to destroy the village of Kirigakure. While he continued to smile on the outside, a small and natural grin more than anything, it took all of his control not to blatantly roll his eyes. Injury had been served; whining and moaning would solve nothing. Looking to drag others into it through foolish emotional ploys, lies, and reckless accusation served no other purpose than to disgrace the man. Gen pushed himself forward at the Kazekage’s accusations of hostility toward the Mist, leaning up to the table and raising his left hand, that closest to his lord, and cleared his throat. ”Ahem. If you don’t mind, Horus-sama, I’d prefer that you neither cast wild accusations about inter-clan politics nor that you attempt to needlessly raise tensions and hostilities amongst the nations through ill-conceived assumptions or baseless speculation. I trust you’ll understand; there’s no need for undue violence or aggression at this of all times.” Nodding and finishing with a warm smile, he retracted himself once more, taking a step back and reclining against upon the wall.

A spectacle in two acts then transpired, a woman of red hair and revolting flavor wandering around the room and introducing herself as Mana, the Tsuchikage. Gen offered a friendly nod and smile, as usual, though the Old One rattled and rolled. Repulsive. Disgusting. Repugnant. She blasphemes in the highest sense. I can taste it on her. And what a show, what a drama queen. It paused, thinking. Let’s leave her alive, however. She, in her foolishness and fallen nature, may prove most entertaining. The thing chuckled as Gen watched the woman stroll about the room, groping people seemingly at random and attempting to assert her power and dominance. Gen actually did roll his eyes at this, subtly of course, when her back was to him. While she likely desired to project some level of fear, power, and mystery, the man found himself entirely unfazed. If anything, he was mildly annoyed with the interruption, though once she took her seat and implored them to continue, he felt himself momentarily settle down once more. She seemed to mean no immediate harm and, if she would obey the simple rules of civility and such, Gen took no issue with her. Plus, she was nowhere near the most aggravating person in the room.

In fact, another, more annoying entity entered once Mana had finished her absurd display, this one with an even more ridiculous act. This entity, a tall man garbed in a long blue coat and matching pants, entered nonchalantly, some of his face obscured first by a large hat and then by a mask he took from his belt. Gen restrained himself from rolling his eyes once more, though just barely. He was probably a member of the internal elite of his village as judged by his grinning mask. People of other villages seemed to have, for one reason or another, taken to wearing strange porcelain masks as indicators of their admittance to their respective village’s elite group of internal enforcement and high-profile personnel protection. He could of course be a rouge simply wearing the mask, though his decision to walk over to the Kazekage and summon a large, humanoid construct upon which he then sat seemed to indicate that he was, in fact, a member of Sunagakure. Gen spoke up once more after this newcomer’s little display, not moving forward this time. ”Ah, I see now. You attempt to cast blame to cover the fact that you, for some reason, broke the agreement and brought additional reinforcements. I assume you mean to threaten us, Horus-sama?”

PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeSun Nov 15, 2015 10:23 am

"Pitiful. Disgusting. Three bodyguards? I expected more from you." He would think with pure disgust as he saw a third shinobi stand behind Horus as he followed behind Mana, the self-proclaimed Tsuchikage. This thought would occur before Ryu could even finish speaking as his eyes tracked the new arriving shinobi. With that in mind, it would also occur before Horus could even start to spew lies and obvious distrust towards Ryujin, before Horus could interrupt Ryujin's lies on what happened in Sunagakure. The Tsuchikage didn't have the opportunity to execute her slutty display before Ryujin would begin his plans. The clear distrust of Horus had enough ground without a doubt, though for a shinobi of Kage caliber to bring along triple the amount of bodyguards than the rest of the Kages, was just a clear display of dripping mischievous intentions. If anything, Horus was to be distrusted the moment Zento had stepped in. The name of course unknown to Ryujin, though those were his exact thoughts the moment Zento had stepped through the only door within this room.

The room was quite small now with all these shinobi within it, having a width of 10 meters and a length of 10 meters, with the table taking up about 6 meters of that width and 3 meters of that length. It was true, it was indeed a round table though not a perfectly round table. In fact, it was more of an oval shaped table, the only table within this room. Between the Mizukage and Raikage laid six meters, with about 3 meters between Horus and Ryujin, placing the latter two Kages in between the Mizukage and Raikage. Well, as much in between as they could be concerning the fact of the table being in between all of the Kages. Ryujin still stood behind his chair, with it's fine wooden back pushed against the edge of Ryujin's side of the table, meaning not an exact 3 meters was between Horus and Ryujin as this chair's back was about three inches thick. Ryujin's chair's seat was placed underneath the table as he stood against his chair's back which was normally used for the support of one's back if one were to sit on this chair. The chair was sanded smoothly, allowing for a comfortable seating as well as a comfortable lean. The black haired Senju male's hands were hanging on each of his sides, hidden behind his chair's back. Due to the position of the Mizukage and the Raikage as they were to both of his sides though not to an exact as they were closer to Horus's side than they were in a linear position to Ryujin, they wouldn't be able to see his hands or anything that would occur behind the chair's back. This was his opportunity, the Kages still listening to his lies spewing, Zento now entering through the door, the Tsuchikage taking her stolen throne.

A slight manipulation within Ryujin's chakra would occur through his own will, an easy task for a man who's trained countless times in three of the main arts of shinobi. This manipulation caused chakra to flow from his right hand onto the back side of his own chair's back, creating a small seal in the shape of a rich Konohagakure weed leaf. This was of course the Cannabis Marking, a derived marking of the Flying Thunder God technique, created by Ryujin himself. It did not glow, nor make any sounds, in fact it did nothing to give off any signs of Ryujin having placed anything anywhere near his own positioning, aside from the small amount of chakra placed into it though this chakra would be impossible to sense through any minor sensing technique such as the "Sensing Technique" used by most shinobi.

The moment this seal was placed on the back side of Ryujin's chair's back, Ryujin would move with the highest possible speed he could muster a few feet back towards Yogensha, a speed which only a select few shinobi would be able to trace with their naked eyes in this world. His right hand slipping backwards in order to touch Yogensha once he came within enough range of Yogensha to do so. During his movement backwards towards Yogensha he would allow another Cannabis Marking to form on the palm of his right hand. As this was done, the two shinobi's skin touching as their hands met, Ryujin would cause another impossibly fast manipulation within his own chakra in order to activate the Reverse Flying Thunder God technique. The target of his technique was himself as well as Yogensha, using the technique to teleport towards a marking located within Konohagakure itself. One of his cells to be exact, a jail created by himself to hold bandit prisoners for the use of sacrificial needs for Edo Tensei. His and Yogensha's bodies would move through space from behind the chair to one of the cells, placing Ryujin next to one of the walls safely in a time-span of what one would deem "instantly". He had little time, the Kages as well as anyone else within the Summit room would most likely be in confusion and clear distrust of Ryujin now. His calm and collect facial expression had changed the moment he arrived inside of Konohagakure, to that of a monstrous evil man out for blood, eyebrows stretching outward as the points closest to his nose facing downwards, mouth still closed as he breathed in through his nose. "Yogensha, my friend. I've decided to depart from Konohagakure. My plans have changed, I've realized the treacherous acts of those who oppose us. Our family, my father, started this village up and they merely followed being too simpleminded as to create their own unique establishments. They merely built what we have done before them! I intend to claim back what is ours." He would say with a clear intention of death running wild within his tone of voice as he faced Yogensha. "The reason I have taken you from the Summit is simple, I intend for the next leader to be one with intellect, strength and ability. You obviously have those aspects, the potential to be a great protector for our home, well.. Your home." A proud expression filled his face as he continued to lock eyes with Yogensha. "I do however have one final command for you. Stay away from me. If you get in my way in any way shape or form, I will end you brother. If I need to make contact with you, I will, though you shouldn't expect to see me anytime soon. One day I will return to you, however if you decline my options provided when I do, expect the same fate as the other Kages." A serious tone returned as he spoke. "If you wish for me to return you to the summit, Second Hokage, I shall grant you this last favor." If Yogensha was to accept, Ryujin would touch him with his right palm in order to return him to the Summit's room behind the chair where he could take his rightful seat as the Hokage. "Until we meet again, brother." He would say before returning Gen as he caused another manipulation within his chakra at unprecedented speeds, causing himself to move through space towards his underground labyrinth beneath Konohagakure where he would start preparing for his plans to commence, getting everything in order before using the Cannabis Marking on the fission in order to bring it back to the labyrinth. "It's begun." A voice would echo through the caves as darkness filled his heart in reminiscence of the cave itself.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] 02xXJIs

[OOC: .-. I knew this would be a utter waste of time.]

So much accusations being thrown around the room. It made Kai want to tell the two to sit down and shut up or adjourn the meeting so that she may leave. She was ten and she had a village to look after, she didn’t have the time or patience to watch adults argue or point out backstabs and double crosses. This was a waste of time and so as Mana walked through the door, the Raikage decided that she would be heading home. There was absolutely no reason for her to stick around. All she learned was that Mana was the self-proclaimed Tsuchikage and that none of the Kages were to be trusted - though she was already aware of the latter. She also learned of a technique possessed by the Hokage, but none of this information was enough to make up for the fact that she could be in Kumogakure right now training her team.

With that in mind, the young Kage rose from her seat and bowed to each of the Kages. She said her farewells, claiming that it was an honour to meet them before motioning her bodyguards to follow her. The trio would file out of the room, stopping by their temporary residence so that she could change before making the trek back to Kumogakure.

PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeThu Nov 19, 2015 9:42 am

"Why did I even bother with these children," Gambaldi thought as he remained seated in his chair.

Up until now he had chosen to remain silent as the exchange of words began amongst the Kage. He trusted none in the room and from the growing tension in the room, he felt wise in choice to not do so. It would be the arrival of others, the Tsuchikage and another Suna ninja, did Gambaldi show further signs of intrigue.

From what he'd learned in his travels, there wasn't a Tsuchikage anymore thanks to the monstrous beast that plague the land. Gambaldi found overly strange that now of all times this person would reveal themselves. This was the Kage Summit, but a leader without a land wasn't a leader. This alone had garnered much suspicion from Gambaldi, the arrival of the suna ninja with the Hokage was simply the start. Then there was the Kazekage and his desire to break the rules of the summit. This wasn't a big deal, but it spoke volumes of the Kazekage's own ability to trust or be trusted. This entire summit was starting to cause the Mizukage to grow ever more alert and vigilant. The Hokage had invited them all here for a reason and Gambaldi didn't like where this could lead.

This was when he noticed his hosts position in more detail. Since his arrival he had not move from behind his chair, his hands not in plain sight. To perhaps every else in the room this was a minor oversight, but the large shinobi was bred in another time. The most important rule when it came to things such as these was to keep your hands in plain sight. Gambaldi's grayish green eyes remained on the Konohaians present in the room, his past dealings with the village also playing a key part in his distrust. Even while Kazekage spoke about his own dealings with Konoha, not surprised in the least the Kazekage wasn't fond of the Leaf's methods.

In the moment of being interrupted, the Hokage's rather suspicious position proved to be well founded as he attempted to move toward his associate. However, Gambaldi did not move nor bother to state any form of issue. "A trap, then," he said as he stood up calmly though his expression showed nothing but his growing rage. As his eyebrows furrowed, the Tsuchi found this to be the moment she would walk (or float) past the giant shinobi's chair. However, at this point the Mizukage was already walking toward the door. He'd seen enough of how these few did business and once again Konohagakure had proven to be the mischievous bastards he knew them to be. He paused only when mention of Konoha's planned attack on Kirigakure from the Kazekage. By this point he was still near the table, though between the area situated directly centered on the Mizukage and Hokage chair.

Curiosity replaced annoyance as he gave his attention to the Kazekage. He considered his words before speaking, his deep voice resounding clearly for all to hear. "Then it seems that you and I have something in common. Konohagakure is a parasite in these lands, this display is proof of that. And," Gambaldi began as he switched his gaze to the individual that was brought by the Hokage, "I must say, for ones who live such a false existence I doubt this fools return is as it seems. Get rid of him. Consider that a favor returned for your information, Kazekage." He did not bother to address his companion, because Gambaldi knew his guard knew his orders. After bowing to the room once more, his expression slightly less annoyed, Gambaldi turned to leave.

As he made his way to the exit, Gambaldi spoke so that only Soran could hear him, "Wer leaf geou yigmesh persvek coita kurjh iejir sva wer cha'sidic di wer bakmada," he said though the only one who could hear him might notice the anger in his low tone. "To the Mist, Nanaki."

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeThu Nov 19, 2015 5:43 pm

Looking back over at the ninja from Sunagakure, the hooded Kaguya’s grey eyes were immediately drawn to the women with red semi curly hair going down her shoulders. She was standing close to the Kazekage with her hands on his shoulders. As a medical shinobi, Soran was one to pay attention to small details. The woman’s eyes began emanating a slight blue glow as her eyes glared directly at the Hokage and the other shinobi standing next to him. This peaked the hooded ninja’s interest as she then leaned down to whisper into her Kage’s ear.  She had definitely noticed something that wasn’t right with the current situation.

Turning his head slightly, Soran’s attention was then directed at the one known as Kazai. This was a Sunagakure shinobi from the information given by the Hokage. Something obvious struck the medic immediately, he felt ashamed he had not noticed as soon as this follower entered the room with the Hokage. The man was not breathing! He had seen this before, he had performed the very same technique to revive a rogue ninja of Konohakure in the past. However, the body could not be controlled further than fifty meters away from the user. Could the Hokage have used the Dead Soul Jutsu to revive a shinobi in an attempt to fool the Kazekage?

The hooded shinobi’s eyes remained on the dead body of Kazai, analyzing it and focusing his own chakra to be channeled towards it as the Kazekage began to speak. Horus addressed the Hokage as Ryujin of the Senju. This was a clan that the mist ninja had read much about. They were said to be great and powerful shinobi with immense chakra control. Controlling a body with medical chakra wouldn’t seem like something a Senju would struggle with. The words of the Kazekage were mumbled in the mind of the ANBU while his attention was focused on taking control over Kazai by performing his own Shikon no Jutsu. Luckily, this technique did not require hand seals and could be done without physical contact. The medic did not know if his chakra control over this corpse would be able to match that of a Senju. However, he would infuse his own chakra into the empty vessel an equal amount as the Hokage. This would at least prevent any hostile movement.

Suddenly there were a few words from the mouth of the Kazekage that sparked the hidden mist ninja’s attention: “I take it ya gonna explain to Kirigakure's Mizukage that ya intend on destroying their village?”

These accusations were enough to cause the vigilant shinobi to ignore the entrance of the newest Suna ninja and even another Kage. Any who would wish harm on the Kaguya’s home were his enemy. Before he could even confront the Hokage personally, his hands were already on the back of his seat and he teleported away at a rapid speed. Soran had never seen another person move so fast before. This was shocking to witness and strong evidence to back the Kazekage’s claim.

Now having complete control over Kazai, the medic maneuvered the corpse with his chakra to lift the chair and flip the back to face everybody at the table, this was done at the very instant after Ryujin vanished. On the back of the chair was a small seal in the shape of a Konohagakure weed leaf. This was something he recognized from his misty cannabis delivery to Konoha whenever he met Roku. So he somehow used a Fūinjutsu marking to teleport his body from one place to another. This was very similar to how shinobi summon animal companions.

This Hokage certainly had some tricks up his sleeves, perhaps there were more secretes within this dead body he left behind. One thing to the Hokage’s credit is that he left with a nice trademark of his chakra left behind. If there was anybody in the room with the same ability, they might be able to follow in pursuit of Ryujin. Unfortunately, it was not one of the shinobi from the Land of Water. Now they were aware of a new threat of a man who can warp with the use of seals and chakra. The man was a necromancer as well, what an odd way to perform this skill. The hooded medic had not thought to use it in an attempt to fool people.

The shinobi from the mist realized that there was so much more to learn, he decided that he would train his abilities after he left. But first he would have to thank Horus for what he has done for the benefit of Kirigakure. The Mizukage bowed to the remaining Kage and proceeded to exit before mumbling some sort of foreign tongue to the medic. Soran would follow behind after speaking his final words to the shinobi from Suna.

“Thank you for this information.  It appears that these claims are true, given the evidence. Konoha will not take our village without a fight.” Turning away, Nanashi followed behind the Mizukage and handed his leader back the sword he had been carrying. “I am certain we will all meet again at some point. Hopefully the circumstances will be better.” The mist ninja stated in a calm tone before walking out of the door.

Once outside, the shinobi formed the tiger hand seal and caused mist to emerge from the moisture in the snow. This would allow them to escape without being followed, despite leaving tracks behind. The warrior would move silently as possible through the mist to avoid detection from any who decided to pursue the two. Nanashi had been curious what would happen if he mixed his medical chakra with the hidden mist jutsu. This would be something he would practice on the journey back.

((48 hours are up, and Mana has places to be. Skipping Horus' post to leave.))

Talking, talking talking talking talking. Leaving? What? Oh this was a treat! It was perhaps the single most enjoyable spectacle that has happened in quite a long time! At first, Mana was about to make her move before anyone could leave. However, a greater more sinister plan came to mind. Alas, she would let this debacle go on and everyone to leave. Her own body, would skip past any actions and simply leave. She had no more use for this sherade of a kage's meeting. It was a terrible mess that was sewn together by hatred and distrust. Perfection in the simplist of terms. It was perhaps the single most fortuitis thing to happen in quite a long time. And so, with that, her body would simply walk out, past the door, over the dead guards that no one seemed to mind, and beyond the world. She was headed to a nice, gentle place among the stars in the sky.

As her body moved forward, her mind started clicking with ideas. One of which, came a poem. 'Pawns of delight. A fateful midnight. To those who precieve an ever lasting light. Let Dawn come early to the one's might. For the beast in the dark holds the keys to tower. Ivery drawn, and sadness empower. Alas our loves will die so strong, when this little war can't be won with brawn. Little girls try and many will die, but the dawn's early approaching, and so is the tide.' Her thoughts were filled with this poem before anyone could even move to think. If, by some off chance, anyone would seem to find a way into her mind they'd be wrapped up in the poem. Perhaps, so much so that they'd be able to do nothing but repeat it aloud like a phonograph. With these few words, her plan was laid. And the Raven would sing, nestle and wave. 'Never more' would life try culling, and forever in war, which Mana kept calling.

PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeSun Nov 22, 2015 3:48 pm

The meeting had taken quite the unexpected turn as Horus called out the Hokage known as Ryujin of the Senju. With this in mind, the Shinobi known as Horus who so happen to be the Kazekage kept a close eye on things. A lot of things had begun to transpire and so rapidly, and it was all almost a blur. In the end however, Horus didn't get an opportunity to respond to the Hokage's guard. Nor did Ryujin outright confront Horus like the Kazekage thought he would. Zento showing up was also another variable, but the Kazekage was well within his right to have the man there. Kouzai was a samurai in principle and practice. As such the young man does not count towards the Kazekage's Shinobi quota of guards. The summit was becoming a mess, even with the introduction of the so called Tsuchikage which raised far too many questions to say the least. Horus found himself channeling Chakra which transfered to Niou, which in turn created a barrier which stuck close to his body. This was for protection, against the red hair woman who tried to touch him. Horus remained seated, but what amazed him the most was Ryujin's actions. At this point in time the man didn't have a leg to stand on, considering he upped and left the meeting. Further more Ryujin had utilized the flying thunder god Jutsu. Which solidified the Kazekage's reasoning behind his supposed wild accusation. The other kages didn't seem to be in the mood to chit chat, as the all left swiftly. Horus was at least hoping they would sit back and have a discussion about what had transpired before their very eyes. This was not to be, and Horus knew he couldn't take any of these men, women and child serious. They brought shame to the title of a kage, but considering the circumstances, he couldn't quite blame them. In any event Ryujin left behind something precious, which Horus moved in for after Mana left the room. It was the chair that had the cannabis seal on it. This was something precious and even with the mist rising, Horus took the chair within his grasp. With great strength, the man easily took apart the chair, making sure not to destroy the seal. The small wooden plank was then sealed away inside the scroll that was to be kept on the Kazekage's person. The man now had a way of getting to where he needed to be it seems. Looking back at Yurae, Zento and Kouzai, the Kazekage sighed as the mist began to lift. Not that their visibility was affected while inside the room. The Kirigakure Shinobi was right about one thing and hopefully they will be able to see eye to eye in the coming days. "Zento, please return to the hidden sand and ensure everything is in order. I have further business in these parts. I am entrusting you with the protection of the village. Akemi is the acting kage whilst I'm away, so please support her. Yurae, Kouzai, lets roll". The man said with great authority as he opened the door and left the room behind. On his way out Horus swung by the room in which he stayed and collected his two Kunai blades that was left behind in the room. After which time he left the land of snow behind in order to pursue other things.

Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT]   Summit in the Snow [KAGE SUMMIT EVENT] Icon_minitimeSat Dec 05, 2015 9:55 am

The Kage Summit seemed to have taken off; the purpose of everything suddenly became clear. All was not what it seemed, and all was very troublesome. Such were events here in the room with some of the most powerful shinobi in the world, nothing but trickery and such going on. However the most shocking to Kouzai was not the late arrival of the tushykage, but the fact that a ninja here was as powerful as to raise the dead, and have it walk and act as a real being. The green ghost was dead, and Kouzai was frozen with that realization that it wasn’t a betrayer or traitor but even in death shinobi held no honor for each other. One might it was fear, but it was more horror, horror at the realization that shinobi played as if they were gods, using both life and death for some whims that he couldn’t fathom. And then, as soon as it started, it was over. The Tushykage entered, and Kouzai held on for but a moment and everything went to hell. Associations and accusations were thrown about, words were said, and within an instant the comrades from Konoha became enemies and disappeared. In a flash, all the while Kouzai held his eyes locked dead on the legendary Green Ghost, who just stood still through it all, that is, until he walked over and picked up the chair and such.  It was like the shattering of glass for Kouzai, he was no longer protected, no longer secure with his kage, and it could all be taken away in an instant. The feeling was almost one of dread. The Raikage left, the Mizukage left, and the Tushykage left, finally his own Kazekage left. The words echoed off Kouzai like something out of a dream “let’s roll out” was it? Not caring that a comrade in arms was used in such a brutal way, not caring really what transpired, but just cold hard reality and life as a shinobi.  It hurt, the pain struck at Kouzai’s heartstrings, nothing was sacred any longer. It was slow motion, people leaving, finally his turn. Kouzai turned back, and decided this was not the place for all of this evil to be left. Kouzai still held his own honor; he still needed to keep that at least, the weary dog that follows the master.

“Lord Kazekage, I know it is not my place to question your orders, but I request that you allow me to bring back the body of the green ghost to Sunagakure for proper funeral rights. Both in life and death he was used for other’s purposes, allow me at least to honor his body as a Samurai” . Kouzai would take care of this his way, an entire life dedicated to the shinobi style, and it got him nothing, perhaps the body in death can be used an example for other Samurai the dangers of the Shinobi world.

Kouzai would leave with his team, the body of the green ghost wrapped in a sheet he took from the rooms; he quietly wrapped it up, remaining in silence the entire time. He slung it over his shoulder, and they began the long process back to Sunagakure. Kouzai himself had learned much along their journey, both about the village, and about his Kazekage, and much more about the shinobi way. He wondered why he was brought, but remember what was said, the Kazekage was only supposed to bring 3 bodyguards, maybe one of them was supposed to die? Perhaps one of them, like Kouzai being a Samurai didn’t count until it counted with the enemy. All these things but none of them mattered. The skull drudgery of carrying a body back was hard, but nothing compared to the inhumane treatment of the Green Ghost. His entire body ached as they made their way back; Kouzai talked to the Kazekage about Sunagakure, but only in hushed tones, after all the Summit affected everyone in different ways. Kouzai would return to Sunagakure and burn the body, the legend of the green ghost would remain that way, Kouzai would perhaps remember the title and the accomplishment that was the green ghost, but he wouldn’t share what happened, as he hoped no one else would.

{exit 715 words}

Per Ryujin, all those who participated in the summit gain 300 Exp for doing so
