Description: Ryuu Hamon takes advantage of the Vagabond’s Hiryuu Bo-(Flying Dragon Bow) ability and turns it into a swift and precise attack from his bow. Horus will first fire off an arrow from his bow that immediately transforms into a long oriental dragon, reaching up to 10 meters in length. And per the Bow’s ability the dragon is a foot wide in terms of all around width. The dragons form is nothing but a powerful force, that when the bow pierces anything, it punches a whole through it. The arrow can also be manipulated up to 60 meters away from Horus, anything outside that range and the manipulation ends. As this is a lower level technique, the dragon’s movements only last for one post.

The arrows can be manipulated up to 60 meters away from Horus, allowing the Shinobi to call upon the arrows when he needs them. Each arrow is laced with the fire element inside them and can be made to cause a most devastating explosion. The arrows can be manipulated and directed by Horus, moving as swift as the Hiryuu Bo- allows them to be. The technique itself does Tier 3 damage.

The arrows all generate the special force that is described as part of the Hiryuu Bo- that Horus utilizes for these specific Bukijutsus.

Description: Tama Rakka no Jutsu sees Horus summon forth a giant metal pot from above to crush down on a designated target. The aforementioned pot is 40 meters in width and 25 meters in height. The pot is blue and grey in color with different kanji patterns drawn all over the pot. There is also a purple rope wrapped around the neck of the pot. The pot cover is made of wood, but is extremely heavy. Whenever the pot is summoned forth, it uses the gravitational pull to help speed up its sudden fall. Almost anything that is caught beneath the pot is crushed without prejudice. The pot is powerful enough to crush a large animal, like a summon. Or to even crush a building beneath its weight but not all. The pot itself can also be used defensively, with a tier 4 durability. Those of a Tier 5 level strength can tackle and move the pot. The pot is usually summoned at least 12 meters above the target. It acts very similarly to the Food cart destroyer technique.

Description:  Kekkai; Hibashira no Jutsu summons forth a cylindrical cage from beneath the enemy in order to trap them as a prisoner. The cage rises up swiftly, first as just an ethereal cage, before the bars appear to complete it. The cage in its ethereal state is red in color, with black metal bars. Inside the cage is a barrier field that immobilizes the target, and upon the user’s choosing, they can have the cage ignite into a blazing inferno, burning to ash whatever is caught inside of it. If one were to pay attention to the cage, they would notice some formulas prevalent with barrier type techniques. The cage is 17 meters in width and 20 meters high. The ethereal form itself can ignite those attempting to touch it. If one can possible release a water style Jutsu in time, then they can prevent the cage being set ablaze with them inside. But that won’t prevent them from still being immobilized.  Upkeep cost of 1 B-rank Jutsu per post, with a durability of up to 5. It goes without saying that the cage is pretty much a prison from top to bottom. Almost like a cylinder with a bottle cap to cover it. The target can of course escape the barrier before it is fully formed if they have speed equal to or above that of the Jutsu.

{I'm kinda eh on this, simply because of the immobilization. Im assuming the person can escape before the bars are fully formed if they have the required speed. Also please put the speed as the new tier system~}

It requires Tier 4 strength to move. That's maximum base level strength. That's not just anyone. Though, I CAN see your point. So we can settle for T5 strength?

Description: Henkan is more or less a simple reverse summoning technique that is used on object, such as Kunai, Senbon, Swords and other items. The idea behind the seal is that once placed upon the inanimate object, the Shinobi is able to summon that object back to them. It is seen as a clever way of preventing ones weaponry from being stolen in battle. Once the necessary hand seals have been formed, and the Jutsu initiated, the object will return or be summoned back to the Shinobi using the Jutsu. This jutsu can be initiated for multiple items at once.

Name: Hiraishin no Kuusho-Flying Thunder God- Empty Space Technique-

Description: This is a variation of the Hiraishin Technique, while using the guiding thunder technique as the main catalyst. Hiraishin no Kuusho sees the practitioner utilize the technique as a Ninjutsu barrier, while also using a sealing tag or marking to stabilize the Jutsu. The effect being that the space around the user once activated becomes a nullification zone. This means the practitioner can bend the space around themselves and also warp away anything that comes within the confines of the Jutsu. The barrier around the practitioner is pretty much invisible, but can be detected by a Dojutsu user. In essence, the space around the user becomes a space time field, where it allows Horus to dodge attacks, that seem to otherwise hit their target. It would often seem as if a perfectly aimed attack missed its target. This gives off the visual effect that the practitioner is bending the space around themselves. This technique comes from an assured mastery of the Hiraishin technique and them further using it for alternative means. The barrier around Horus can be made visible, and when this happens, the barrier projects itself as a red hue. With an array of black seal patterns decorating the barrier itself. There is also upkeep cost of 1 S rank per turn tge jutsu is active. No chakra discounts as its limited.
Requirements: 5 in Ninjutsu-4 in Fuuin and also a containment/Mimic fuuin seal.

Name: Mozou Fuuin- Mimic Seal

Description : The Mimic seal is a multifunctional sealing Jutsu in the fact that it is both defense and offensive in used. And also otherwise can be used as a supplementary sealing Jutsu. The Mimic seal allows Horus to seal the contents of a Jutsu inside the seal, and once this has been done, the seal then mimics the Chakra source, thus able to perpetually replicate the Chakra source. This Chakra source comes in the form of Jutsus, that can be made to reuse on numerous occasion. This grants the practitioner the ability to skip the necessities of hand seals and instead channel his Chakra and activate the Jutsu sealed within. There can be multiple seals in use at once as they’re manipulated by the user. The seal can contain and replicate Jutsus of from E-S rank, user has to pay the price of a S-rank Jutsu when purchasing the Jutsu.
There are no chakra discounts and the user has to pay the cost of the jutsu being used. The user unseals the jutsu in the seal by channeling chakra through the seal.


Name: Kushin Fuuin-Pain Seal

Description: The Pain seal sees the user form the necessary seal and then make contact via touching the opponent. This places a seal on the opponent, that when activated sees a sealing pattering reminiscent of a boa constrictor snake wrapped around their body. The seal isn’t a physical thing that can be ripped apart. Once the tag has been placed and activated, it causes the user to suffer from excruciating pain. This causes an immobilization of the target, in the sense that their usual threshold for pain would not be enough to deal with the effects of the seal. Meaning full functionality as far as performing different tasks especially during battle becomes extremely difficult. This means forming hand seals, running or to even speak would be too much for the body to bare. The seal can be undone by fuuin jutsu designed to unseal or undo seals. Or  one can exert 50 CC of chakra and the user can likewise do the same to keep the jutsu in place.

Description: Monkey King Enma's transformation technique, which is characterised by the hardness of diamond and its at-will ability to extend and/or expand the Adamantine Staff, is the Monkey contract weapon of choice. This staff, when in use, was able to effortlessly destroy the wooden structures created by Hashirama, a Wood Release user, and also to overwhelm Kurama, sending him to the borders of Konoha, and destroying the branches of the Ten-Tails' tree form. When Enma (and also other Monkey summons) is transformed into the Adamantine Staff, it is possible for him to attack of his own free will using his claws and fangs which protrude from the staff itself, adding an element of surprise and irregularity. Forged in the fire of battle, it’s at-will transformation-based attack and defence go beyond the scope of proficiency, to attain the realm of shinobi "godhood". The main method of attack consists in strikes and thrusts that take full advantage of the ability to manipulate its size and length.The hardness of diamond also translates into destructive power. Despite its hardness, Enma stated that he could still suffer pain from the Kusanagi, wielded by Orochimaru. The staff can extend at great lengths, up to 100 meters. It is also quite powerful in terms of force, and has a durability hardness of Tier 5 and strength.

As such the adamantine prison wall is not impossible to break through, but equally difficult as per canon.

Description: Kongō Shigai uses the same principles of the adamantine staff and prison wall techniques and applies it to the user’s body. This in terms makes the body as hard as the adamantine staff and other principle techniques. In essence Kongō Shigai allows the user or practitioner of the Jutsu a significant boost as far as their durability are concerned. Once the user forms the necessary hand seal the body immediately hardens, warding off Jutsu designed to pierce or cause damage to the body. The practitioner gains a durability of Tier 5 when this Jutsu is in use. Their defense becomes one of their most prized assets in combat. Must pay a S-rank upkeep cost for each turn the Jutsu is active after initial use. The Jutsu is only known to the Monkey summons and their contract holders.

Description: A destructive dive that takes full advantage of a giant summons's body mass. The strength of the fall varies depending on the user. For example, in the case of someone like Jiraiya — one of the Sannin, the summon can be performed in an instant right above the target, further adding the great gravitational force of a several hundred metre-high dive to the toad's own weight. Horus of course utilizes the technique in the same manner at times.

Name: Enrai Katto- Distant Thunder Cutting

Description: Enrai Katto sees Horus utilize his Niou Hat in order to attack one or multiple opponents at once. The user will form the necessary hand seals while using the Hat's ability to channel Chakra, and give it the lightning element. This is done via touching the hat. The hat will then generate Raiton Chakra resembling a disk or Frisbee flying through the air, or otherwise. The raiton Chakra will then expand outwardly from the hat while still connected it, making the hat even larger. The ratiton Chakra expands by 6 meters around the hat. The hat spins violently, while not only cutting but also stunning the opponent. What this does is make the hat even more potent during its attacks, while also speeding it up. The technique itself also has defensive and offensive applications.

Name: Niou Kagebunshi no Jutsu

Description: The user will first call upon his Niou hat and sent it flying towards the opponent(s) meanwhile forming the necessary hand seal. Or even form the hand seals necessary and then send the hat flying, whether by being hurled or simply manipulated by the user. The user will then cause the hat to create up to 50 shadow clones of the hat itself, very similar to the Shuriken Kagebunshin Jutsu. Except the number is far less in this instance. The shadow clone hats can be used to attack the opponent for one turn before they disperse and return to the one solitary hat.

Name: Fuuin Kujo no Jutsu- Seal Destruction Technique

Description: The seal destruction technique is used to undo or disrupt other seals in the area. The user can utilize the technique via a sealing tag placed on their person. The tag will have a specific sealing formula attached to it. This tag activates itself when another Fuuinjutsu is used against the user, which then disrupts/cancels the seal and in turn will undo its effect. This means one can cancel seals design to activate once certain perquisites are met. It is a very potent sealing formula. The user must spend the same amount of Chakra as the seal(s) that is being undone. The Jutsu is purchased as an S-rank technique.


Name: HiraiKyuuzou- Thunder Surge

Description: Hiraikyuuzou sees the user form the necessary hand seals and then make contact with the target or opponent(s). Once this has been done, the seal will activate itself causing a fishnet like pattern to spread across the target immediately. The seal will then cause a powerful surge of Raiton Chakra to erupt from it, while forming a cocoon around the target. Those inside the Raiton cocoon will not only be stunned, but also fried with an implosion to finish it off, leaving the victim worse for wear. Those with a durability level of tier 5 can survive the attack itself, but they will be incapacitated for a while.

Because of the speed of the technique's execution, not even an individual wielding the Sharingan — a dōjutsu capable of predicting movement — has enough reaction time to defend themselves against this technique.

Description: Kumokouko no Jutsu is a technique that works hand in hand with the vagabond's Kamikaze no Tsurugi weapon. The technique creates a condensed and highly durable blade of wind. This blade can then be used to cut down those targeted by the wielder, from either close range or at a distance. The particular technique is wielded according to the user's weapon handling speed. Kumokouko in terms of appearance makes it less obvious that the technique is in use. Instead, the technique slightly warps the atmosphere around it, making it difficult for the naked eye to truly notice. When the wielder strikes at a target using this technique. The weapon uses the aforementioned blade of wind, that reaches up to forty meters in length. While also one meter in width. The technique can cut through stone and even steel without prejudice, making it a most formidable technique. For practical uses, the wielder can cut down an enemy from a distance away, by cutting through the air in their direction. This act generates the blade of wind, which then acts as an extension to the wielder's arm. Equally the blade can be wielded as a thrust, seemingly extending towards the targets. Those with a Dojutsu capable to picking up on Chakra will take notice of the blade of course. While those without will find it more difficult to do so. It is said that Horus once used this particular technique to cut through a cloud, which is where the technique got its name from. Whether this is fable or truth remains to be seen. It is most likely unimportant trivia. The technique possess the same cutting ability as it parent weapon which is Kamikaze no Tsurugi.

Description: The Celestial Sphere technique is used primarily as a defensive Jutsu, while having offensive applications. The technique itself creates a sphere around the wielder that extends twelves in width and ten meters high. Whenever called upon the wielder remains at the epicenter of the sphere that is capable of protecting the wielder around with allies. The sphere spins rapidly, while having blades of wind on the outside of the sphere. This means that those coming in contact with the sphere will find it harmful as the wind blades rotate violently cutting away at whatever comes in contact with it. This means the attack is perfect against projectiles and other jutsus. Meanwhile the wielder remains safe at the center of the Jutsu. The sphere is made up of condense wind release Chakra. Horus may also used the sphere in an attack sense, by having it explode outward, releasing hundreds of wind blades in varying sizes. The explosion is also powerful enough to knock back the opponent. Those caught within its immediate range, while be cut down without prejudice. Unless of course they took the correct defensive measures against it. This counts for durability and other techniques that the target may use to keep themselves safe. The user remains in a stationery position but is not limited to. Meaning, if one was defending mid air, then of course they will descend with the sphere etc. But one cannot take it upon themselves to go chasing others down with the sphere.

Description: Hyakuten no Tsurugi has both offense and defense based application. The wielder while using Kamikaze no Tsurugi, break out in a series of slashes that are extremely fast, while appearing to create a multitude of blades, leaving behind an afterimage. This is mainly the aesthetics designed to fool the opponent. Since the technique actual generates countless numbers of razor sharp wind blades, that fills the space around the wielder. These wind blades are condensed meanwhile extremely fast, making it so that confronting the wielder while this technique is in quite difficult. The wind blades are up to four meters in length, and a meter in width. They tend to create a sphere around the user, almost as if an Hyuga was utilizing the heavenly spin technique. Hyakuten no Tsurugi allows the wielder to target multiple opponents with their swift, precise and vicious movements. As per usual the potency depends on the weapon that is specific to itself. The space around the user is similar to the Tenkyuu technique, that when utilized in a full on sphere. This sphere being slightly larger, reaching up to 15 meters in width and twelves meters in height. Loose blades will of course disperse reaching up to their max range before disappearing. These loose blades vary in number. Whenever the technique is utilized in a manner that deals with fewer opponents. Then blades may be dispersed, except they won't necessary form into sphere. An example would be that the wielder releases numerous blades in the general direction of the opponent(s) to deal with.

Honestly, I feel like that Boe ability should be reassessed, but for now I'll just say that this needs to be toned down a little. This is crazy strong, and essentially covers a 100 meter wide area with deadly, deadly arrows that can not be stopped.

How high does this appear above the victim? Is it feet, meters, inches? The closer it is to the victim the more impossible it is to evade, and the closer it becomes to an auto-hit. I like it though, reminds me of shapeshifters that like to go from house fly to blue whale while standing on people's heads.

It goes without saying that the cage is pretty much a prison from top to bottom. Almost like a cylinder with a bottle cap to cover it. The target can of course escape the barrier before it is fully formed if they have speed equal to or above that of the Jutsu.

This strikes me as S rank because of the ability to kill at will once trapped. B rank upkeep is okay though.

Well then. I didnt ask for a review of all my jutsus just the ones not yet approved. But okay lets see if I can appease you a little lol.

2nd Tech-Bullet Arrow: It is designed to do a B-rank amount of damage while being more potent than your typical explosive tag.

3rd Jutsu: It was an A-rank technique which after getting it re-check I was asked to get it bumped to S-rank which I happily did. Shadow Shuriken summons pretty much the same number of Shurikens except they're not as potent as the bow. I mean its not my job to protect my opponent from it. And really if you put up some weak defenses against it, of course its going to break through.



4th: Jutsu its very similar to the foodcart destroyer where you summon a frog on top of the opponent. How high above the opponent is that frog when it gets summoned? I can say 10-15 meters if that makes it better.

5th: Again already discussed this with Dai and the fact that escaping from the cage its not impossible before its fully formed. The cage has to rise up and catch you first to be able then proceed and cause any harm.

Just adding something in here. Shell Drop's speed needs to be lowered to Tier 3. The basic guide for jutsu speed is: D - 1, C - 2, B - 3, A - 4, S - 5. Since it is B ranked it needs to be tier 3 speed, especially considering the damage it can do. Also, 10-15 meters above the opponent is not gonna cut it, that pot is 40 meters in width which means not even tier 5 speeds would be able to escape from the center, they could *maybe* barely escape, but anyone below tier 5 speed would go splat.

You are essentially saying that this attack is impossible to defend against, which is akin to auto-hitting your opponent. Tone down the language on it. Just having the speed of 5 already implies that this jutsu is very fast and hard to avoid.

1. Flying Thunder God Slash- Are you asking me to reword a canon Jutsu? There is a reason I posted the link to the Jutsu in the post. That's like asking me to tone down FTG. But if its an issue I will just bin the Jutsu and get a refund.

2. I can't go chasing people down with the sphere. But its not illogical to think that if I am defending mid air, I will be descending while the sphere remains active. That is classed as movement and those are the limits to my movements when the Jutsu becomes active.

Description: Kisshoten no Kami is primarily used as a Jutsu of subjugation of large creatures, specifically Bijuu and large summons, albeit not limited to. The technique will see Horus summon forth a large black net above the target, equipped with eight large pegs that acts as anchors to the net. Once the net has been sprung, it quells the Chakra of the creature(s) caught within. Once the net has caught its target a total of eight large and powerful feminine hands will erupt from the pegs. These hands will immediately slam into those caught inside the net. Further suppressing their movements and abilities. The user can control these hands that are large enough to wrap around a Bijuu. Once caught it is like being  cursed, since the net acts as a field of its own. Meaning space-time Jutsus and the like are not permitted inside. The net is large enough to cover a Bijuu or even multiple smaller opponents. The mesh that makes up the net are also particularly small, which prevents those caught from typically escaping through the mesh. The net is of course very powerful with great durability. Due to the nature of the Jutsu, a strength level of 5+ is needed to begin breaking through the net. The technique boast a durability level of 5.


Name: Tokkan Hiradageki-Thunder Palm Strike

Description: The Thunder Palm strike technique sees the user form the necessary hand seals. After which time they will summon forth a large palm made of pure Raiton Chakra to crash down upon those targeted. The large hand also has a number of black lightning beads, though the Jutsu has no relation to black lightning. The hand/palm is said to resemble that of a Buddhist due to the beads attached to it. In essence the palm strike slams down with power and speed, meanwhile aiming to crush those caught under it. The hand/palm of course releases an electric current which can cause harm to those caught in its way. A durability level of 4 and above is require to survive the technique. Those hit with the Jutsu will be of course be incapacitated for a while. 3 post for level 4 durability, 2 post for level 5 and 1 post for level 6. The effectiveness of the technique is of course dependent on other factors. Such as making a clean hit without some other defenses put in place to protect oneself. This means the effects will vary based on circumstances. The Jutsu of course carries a natural weakness to wind based techniques. The hand is 12 meters in width and three meters high.

In which case they're only incapacitated for at least 2 posts. This of course depends on the circumstances and other things acting in favor of the target.


Name: Kou Raihari-Rising Ground Thunder Needles

Description: Kou Raihari sees the user place their hand on a surface, whether it be the ground or wall and send a flow of Raiton Chakra throw it. The end result being numerous Lightning Needles that resemble senbon needles shooting up from surface to attack the target. The needles said to number up to five hundred and carry great piercing ability also. The user can manipulate the direction of the attack to further catch the enemy off guard. A durability level of 4 is required to withstand not dying as a result.


Name: Monkey King- Thunder Surge

Description: Monkey King Thunder Surge functions in the same way that the hidden shadow snake hands Jutsu does. The user will direct their palm in the way of the target, while watching up to ten monkey hands will raiton Chakra charging through them aim to seize the target in their grasp. The hands can extend and seem quite malleable making them even more effective. Once the arms catches their target they aim to immobilize said target by sending a constant surge of Raiton Chakra into the victim that can be harmful no doubt. The immobilization works in stages. Those with 1-3 durability level is incapacitated for 2 posts. Those of 4-5 are immobilized for 1 post. Those above this threshold of pain can withstand the effects, albeit their body will feel numb for at least 1 post.
