Mission Name: Hunt Down Rank: A Type: NPC/PC Client: Village Council Exp/Ryo Reward: 600 exp, 600 ryo Mission Description: You've been assigned to take down a deadly B rank missing ninja with Raiton and Suiton. He also convinced two Genin to come along with him. Kill them all. Location: Outskirts of Kumogakure Additional Information: N/A Eligible Members: Chuunin and up
It seemed that it was Axel's time to go on yet another mission that involved hunting down missing-nin, but it wasn't like he didn't enjoy it. He loved helping out his village, and to be the one to stop important information from being given to countries was such an honor. It was just that it seemed that so many shinobi were turning rogue all of the sudden. What was it that these men hated about their own country so much that they would just turn rogue all of a sudden? This question stuck to the chuunin's head while he was getting ready for the mission at his one-room apartment. First he put on his average outfit which consisted of his black suit with a white collared shirt under that, that could be soon since the shirt of the suit wasn't buttoned up. He then strapped his belt with nine kunai, an explosive tag on each of them just in case the situation arised where he would have to unleash an area-effective attack on his enemies. This time it was one jounin that took two genin with him, being able to manipulate them. The ginger also threw two smoke bombs into his smoke bombs and then left his house. "Ok, so now I wait," Axel said as he stood near the village gates. He was going to be teamed up with another chuunin, and it was his squad leader. Doragon, who just turned chuunin. He probably isn't happy about this turn-out however, since it never seemed like that guy was happy about anything, feeling superior to everyone. Sure it didn't bother Axel that this guy was his squad leader or anything, since he believed in someone if they believed in himself, but he just wished that the boy's personality was more friendly. The red-head had heard of stories where the leader of a squad once drove all three of the genin on his squad to suicide due to his harsh personality and inability to get close to them. Of course, obsessive training might have been a main reason, but even then, if he acted like he loved his team, they would have gladly took the training on. That would never happen with Axel since nothing that happened would drive him to suicide, but he didn't know about his other squad mate. She seemed like a nice enough girl, who possibly s really mentally fragile? Perhaps, but the chuunin wouldn't know until his whole team actually were to do a mission together, or socialize for longer than a minute. After they met each other, Doragon left abruptly, but Kai and Axel stayed to talk. It was nice. "Ugh, this heat!" Axel shouted as he tried to shield his head. The weather was nice and sunny, but a little too sunny. It was very hot, so much so that it made Axel wait near a tree that was a few more meters away from the gate than he would liked to have been, since the closer he was, the easier it would be for Doragon to find him. Also, he wondered how this would effect the mission. If the weather was too much for the ginger, it would cause his talents to be reduced. It was weird, but hey, how could you concentrate with sun in your eyes? It was very hard for Axel. Even the tree was about to be drowned in sunlight, so the shinobi moved further away. He surely hoped that his partner would be able to see him now. WC: 590

| At the moment, Doragon was standing atop a building, his gaze scanning the streets of Kumogakure below. The building was rather tall, but if he felt like jumping off of it, it wasn't tall enough for him to die or injure himself. It was very sunny outside, a bit unusual for Kumogakure but he was sure any experts on weather were studying this just in case it would be a sign of bigger things to come. Meanwhile, Doragon was making sure civilians were having a good time before he went and did a mission, his first A-rank one. Hunting down rogue ninjas was a honor for him. He himself would never go rogue, too grateful for the things that this village did for him.
Just about to finish up his small patrol, something caught his attention out of the corner of his eye, and then a piercing scream rang throughout the air, a cry of help. What he saw was a mugging that was about to occur, a woman being held by knifepoint by a robber. Leaping off of the building without an inch of fear in his heart, he landed right atop the criminal, knocking him unconscious and breaking nearly every bone in his body. He'd be in the hospital for a long time, but this guy was asking for it. The lady was quite surprised, and with the sun blocking her eyes, she mistook Doragon for a certain Jounin.
"B-Batman? No..you're just a kid, but thanks anyways! You shinobi always have our back."
Doragon nodded, beginning to call in Kumogakure's police force to this location.
"Any time, miss. As long as I'm alive, you have nothing to fear."
He then walked off to the village gates, his steps a little more hurried then usual. After all, he didn't want to be late, but while he was speed walking, he began to think about this woman's words. The Batman, also known as Raiga Nobunaga was a Jounin. Like Doragon, he had a great love for this village and so in his spare time, he dresses up as a vigilante helping out the civilians. But, at the moment he was on a mission. Therefore it was up to outstanding shinobi like Doragon to keep the crime rates as low as possible, especially in the slums.
Arriving at the entrance of the village gates, he noticed his partner was waiting for him.
"Hope I'm not late, just had to rescue a civilian. Anyways, enough chit chat. Let's do this mission."
The clothes he used were made for this mission, unlike the things his partner wore. Why would he wear a suit? Especially one that was black? It was all just too formal for a mission such as this, and he decided to bring it up with him. It was annoying how the council kept partnering him up with this idiot, but then a thought came up in his head.
What if the council pairs me up with him so he can be more like me? The perfect shinobi..alright, I need to put my own feelings aside and teach this kid.
As the two headed towards the missing ninja's hideout, he would bring up the clothing problem.
"Why did you choose that particular outfit? This isn't the type of mission to be wearing that kind of stuff. Look, I'm not trying to be arrogant, but see what I'm wearing? It matches the mountainous environment we're in and functions as a camouflage. Please be more mindful of what you wear."
This was the most words he'd ever spoken in his life, because it could cost both of the lives of the shinobi, and if they died, then they couldn't stop this ninja who contained god knows how many secrets. All he wanted was for each member of Kumogakure to be the best they could be.

| His partner finally came, telling Axel that it was because he was too busy saving a villager.
"Oh, how noble of you. I only thought of doing missions for the village to stop dangerous shinobi and bandits, but the fact that you are acting as a police to stop the villagers from killing each other... well I should get in on that. Ask me the next time you do that, please," Axel said to the man with a smile as they left the village. He did stop some stupid villager-turned criminals from killing civilians a few weeks ago, but he never decided to patrol. It was just a thing that came up. Not like he knew if Doragon looked for criminals or anything, but with being so addicted to doing the best for Kumogakure and not wasting his time, it was probably the right assumption.
While the two chuunin ran towards the out-of-sight targets who were last seen heading north, in this rocky terrain, Doragon began to speak to Axel about how his suit wasn't a proper outfit for this mission. The red-head never really thought about it like that, but this suit was just something he always wore, as he liked to look good while doing his thing. Sure it might get him killed, but that is why the shinobi were taught how to counter assassination in the academy. He knew why Doragon seemed to be on his case a lot about not being so secretive, but it just wasn't his style. Being a shinobi, the two already knew of the dangers that could happen to them anyway.
"I thank you for your concern Doragon, but I guess I am not one to be stealthy. However, I will think about it on the next mission we go on, since you are so alert," Axel replied to him, not trying to sound sassy. He feels that he tried his best not to, but you never know with this Doragon character. He would truly pick out an outfit to suit the next mission however, since he didn't want to create conflict with his squad leader.
Using his sensory technique, Axel spotted three chakra signature in a cave that was about thirty meters above ground level, being on a mountain.
"Alright, the shinobi are in that cave over there. Let's go," Axel told Doragon, running through the spiraling road that cased itself around the mountain. After just a minute he was a few meters away from the cave. The chakra signatures were about 50 meters into the cave. The ginger suddenly had an idea. He ran up the outside-wall of the cave until he got on top of it. He ran 50 meters above it until he was on top of the chakra signatures, then planted an explosive tag there, and then placed another every ten meters until he reached the entrance of the cave. Five explosive tags that he would explode in a sequence, starting from the one on the area of the roof right above the heads of the three rogues.
"Alright, get to the left side of the cave while I go to the right. When they come running out of the cave to attempt to survive the cave-in, or er... if they survive it, we launch a surprise attack. You can go first, and if you can't kill all three of them, I will take out the remaining enemies," Axel whispered to Doragon, not wanting the rogues to hear their words. Once the two of them would get to the sides, Axel was initiate the snake handseal, causing the first tag to explode. As he sensed the targets who ran to the entrance, he made another tag explode as they got to it. One of the genin were unable to make it out, but the other genin and the jounin did, panting as they left. It was now Doragon's turn.

| Doragon nodded, glad that someone else was willing to help the little guys. Anyone who was willing to help the civilians of Kumogakure against "petty" crime was an ally worth having. Perhaps this Axel character wasn't such a bad character after all. With a few fix ups, he could be a force to reckon with. Perhaps the next time they had a team meeting, he could get to know more about this foolish, yet optimistic and loyal ninja. He would also have to whip the female of the squad into shape, as she seemed too sassy. A rude ninja didn't deserve to be a ninja at all.
After Doragon's initial analysis about Axel's clothes, he sure did respond with an answer that made Doragon scratch his head a little. He DID take Doragon's advice, which he was satisfied with, but on the flip side, he said something about not being too stealthy. That was something that he didn't quite understand, because it was the job of a ninja to have the utmost stealth, using brute force only when it was necessary. However, he felt that it wouldn't be the time to address such a problem. It would be yet another thing that would have to be discussed during the team meeting.
Axel, presumably using some type of sensory skill, located the three missing ninja, while Doragon stayed slightly behind, letting him take the lead to follow. The plan Axel came up with was solid, so Doragon was willing to follow it. Using the explosion as a diversion, and maybe even killing one or two of them if they were lucky, then Doragon could intercept them out of the other entrance. Staying so close to Kumogakure was a mistake, and as soon as they left, they honestly should have changed the identities they had. But, that mattered all for naught, as Doragon was already in position.
The explosion rocked the cave, with Doragon activating his own sensory skills. Only two chakra sources could be sensed, meaning one of them was killed by the initial explosion. As the duo left the entrance, panting as both of them ran as fast as they could. The Jounin was much slower then he should have been, but probably because from his file he was one of the slow Taijutsu users. He didn't have anything against them, but he felt like Taijutsu without speed was a bit useless. With a single handseal, the horse handseal, a spectacular wall of flames began to close in on the criminals. With neither having any time to react and nowhere to go, they were both disintegrated, the only thing that showed that they existed being a pile of ash. Of course, since they were traitors, he felt no remorse for the fates that fell upon them. In layman terms, they reaped what they sowed.
"That was pretty easy..it makes me sick how ninja are just being ranked up without having any good combat knowledge. They spam a couple of D-rank missions and suddenly they're ready for Chuunin. I know when I become the Raikage I'll put a stop to this whole mess. Good job Axel!"
He was surprised that Axel didn't reveal there location, which at least meant the shinobi was learning. Collecting the ashes as proof of the ninja's death, he headed back to Kumogakure.

Mission Name: Save The Celebrity Rank: A Type: NPC/PC Client: Village Council Exp/Ryo Reward: 600 ryo/exp Mission Description: A famous superstar has been kidnapped by high ranking missing nin who have threatened to rape and murder her if there demands aren't met. The idiots left an actual address. Since Ninja don't negotiate with terrorists, and therefore we've assigned you and(maybe) a friend to rescue her. The three missing ninja are each B-rank, one posseses Katon, one has Doton, and the other, Fuuton. Even if you kill the ninja, and she manages to die, you've failed the mission. Location: Outskirts of Kumogakure Additional Information: Eligible Members: Chuunin and up
"So, I get to save a superstar, huh? Hopefully a cute one. I haven't been on a date in a while," Axel said to himself as a letter came in through the mail slot on his door. He just woke up, having dreamt of being the Raikage and having to deal with a shinobi world war. It was the dream, and he couldn't really control his actions to be honest. Why start a war in his opinion? If there was an option to have peace, that would be what he would do, most definitely. His mission partner was going to be Doragon again, so he couldn't wear his suit. The ginger put on a gray T-shirt and gray cargo pants, and strapped his nine kunai and four explosive tags to his belt, as well as put two smoke bombs into his front pockets, because a shinobi you never knew what equipment you would need to combat the enemy with. Later he would buy more items, but right now wasn't the time for that, so the chuunin would have to make due with what he had. "Oh my god this is just too cruel," Axel said aloud as he read the copy of the ransom message that the three missing-nin wrote to the council of Kumogakure. It read: 'Alright bitches. We have the popular idol Tsumiko with us, and we will rape her slowly and then waste her when we are satisfied if you don't meet our demands. First of all, we want 5,000,000 Ryo, and then we want the best weapons you got that can't be bought. We want all of this by tonight.'The thought of rape made Axel sick. Who would do something like that? It was truly an evil thing, and must be stopped if you asked Axel. He hurried out of the door to meet Doragon at the village gates. "Alright, let's go save Tsumiko!" Axel shouted while smiling at Doragon as he met up with him and ran out of the village. After the two saved her, it would be the red-head that would ask for a date first. He didn't think his squad leader would be the kind of guy to go on dates with girls since it seemed that he was always busy with something mission-related, but he wasn't about to take any chances. The first man on the scene to rescue her would be Axel, to make the task of wooing her much easier. WC: 414

| Doragon was currently at the training fields, resting and meditating to train his own chakra reserves. Currently, he was in the standard meditation stance: the lotus. At the moment, today was his off day, because even the greatest of heroes didn't work twenty four seven for extended periods of time, or else that could seriously have an effect on his body. Even though many considered Doragon a god of Ninjutsu, it couldn't hurt to train his skills, unless he wanted them to deteriorate. And, under a few circumstances, why would he want something like that to happen? So, that's why even on his off days he did a little light training to keep up.
His clothes, even though they were a bit casual matched with his surroundings like usual. On his head, his headband shined proudly, announcing his allegiance to Kumogakure to the world. A simple shirt, with some gray shorts, gray sandals, and gray socks. This was his standard outfit, although he did like changing it up a lot so no one could ever place a finger on him. That kind of paranoia had saved his life countless times, and he would keep relying on it since he had no reason not too.
Then, the sounds of a bird chirping growing closer and closer broke his focus. Annoyed, he opened his eyes and began to look around. The bird, white as the snow carried a letter in its mouth, and settled down on the ground dropping the note. It then flew off, seeing as its mission was done. Curious about the contents, he opened up the letter and began to read, and as his eyes began to reach the end of the letter he sighed, rather annoyed at how stupid people could be sometimes. Doragon couldn't care less about the celebrity as she had no part of Kumo, but the fact that these thugs had the audacity to demand so much just made him angry, an emotion he knew was bad to have. So, slipping the letter in his pocket, he sighed, regaining control of his emotions.
"Don't lose your cool, Doragon, or else you'll be just like every other fodder ninja. Stay calm, just like your parents told you."
With two breaths, he regained his calm and exited the training field. Like usual, he was working with Axel, and since his friend was beginning to learn, he had confidence that this mission was going to go without a hitch, if any. Some might have said he was jinxing it, but then again, he didn't believe in such foolish things like jinxes, or bad luck, or destiny. Silly ideals made for silly people just to feel better about themselves or make a silly excuse.
He met up with his partner Axel, who gave him a rather elated greeting. Not feeling the same, he gave a simple nod back. No need to waste any energy by talking. So, with that out of the way, the two headed out.
"Your outfit looks decent. Congratulations."

| Doragon commented on Axel's choice of wear, and it was positive this time. He even said congratulations, which didn't sound much like the serious chuunin that this boy was, but Axel didn't care. It was because it was from someone like Doragon that made it special, and thus Axel was happier on top of the fact that he was able to save an idol.
"Alright so, according to the address that the three rogues left, they should be at an old abandoned home near mt. Chimey. That is only about four miles away. Let's hurry and get this over with before dark. I wonder if Tsumiko is ok with last minute plans," Axel informed Doragon, though that last addition was said in a sort of whisper.
Through this terrain, there weren't many animals that crossed the paths of the two. It was times like these that Axel wished that the land had more forests and such, anything that would attract a large amount of wildlife, because he enjoyed viewing them whenever he went somewhere. It soothes him, but when you are constantly moving around near large mountains and valleys, something like that is very rare to see. The boy sometimes wished that he lived in Konohagakure, which teemed with tons of animals.
Alright, we are really close," the chuunin alerted Doragon. They were just about six hundred meters away from the building, facing it's side. The thing about trying to be sneaky at a time like this was that their enemies were three highly trained special Jounin, so this would not be easy. Though the favor was in the hand of the two kumogakure ninja, since these three men honeslty believed the negotiation was through, that didn't make it that easier. As soon as they realized it was a trap, they would attack Axel and Doragon. It was then that Axel had an idea. He stopped himself and his partner.
"Doragon, listen here. I am going to to transform into a bag which appears to have ryo and weapons inside of it. You will drag me into the room. B=Trying to be sure they are getting what they want, you will toss them the bag, and that is when I transform back and we strike as fast and as hard as we can. Ok?" Axel instructed of his friend, hoping that he would say yes to the plan. If he did, the ginger would transform into said object, ready to go.

| Itome may post, then the NPC's post will be re-posted. Also please clear up for me. "Though the favor was in the hand of the two kumogakure ninja, since these three men honeslty believed the negotiation was through, that didn't make it that easier. As soon as they realized it was a trap, they would attack Axel and Doragon. It was then that Axel had an idea. He stopped himself and his partner." This bold part confused me. Did you attack the NPCs and retreat, or was it a hypothetical situation. I believe the latter, just clearing it up. This and the reply post to this msg will be deleted to prevent clogging the topic with ooc posts. | |

| Axel seemed to take the compliment rather well, which Doragon was glad about. He didn't know how good his complimenting skills were before this moment, and it seemed to be pretty decent going by this example. Which, obviously was good, because it would help him in this hostage negotiation situation. Even though a ninja was primarily sneaking around and killing things, at times, they needed to have a tongue of silver to get out of some bad places. If they didn't, well, then death was the most likely situation and they would be dishonored for failing the mission, no one ever mourning the death.
Axel made some conversation while they were traveling the rocky terrain, thankfully relevant to the mission so he wouldn't have to chastise him. Honestly, Doragon was surprised at how quickly this Chuunin was learning. Older people were often stubborn, and believed they were right no matter how much evidence you shoved in there faces. It was ridiculous, and Doragon hoped that he would never become like that when he became an adult so he would still be at his peak. After all, the job of a ninja was all that Doragon had, so if he lost his edge on that, then what else would he have?
As they wandered through this desolate terrain, a few thoughts began to run through his head. Mainly, how he felt like he was some superhero, even though the thought may have seemed a bit ridiculous. How could someone with such repressed emotions, always scrutinizing and analyzing things, prepared to destroy his entire village if they all became rogue, be a hero? But, he did it all so he could be the BEST hero he could be, even more so then the famed Kumogakure Jounin Batman. Doragon knew he was willing to go to such lengths that not even the Batman would go too. For the sake of Kumogakure, his flames would consume villains, turning them into ashes, and therefore, not threats. Out of all of his techniques, the one that stressed this the most was the Great Dragon Fire Technique. It was justice, the manipulable flames being "blind" in a sense. If you were a woman, or man, or even a child. No matter what skin color, age, ethnicity, village(or no village, if you were a missing ninja.), gender, or sex you had, if you posed a threat, this was the jutsu that he would use against you, being a sort of signature jutsu. Of course, for a job that required secrecy, having a signature anything was a bit of a bad habit, so he was trying to steer away from that so that he couldn't be so easily identified.
Then, Axel stopped. His paranoia kicking in, just because of the possibility that his partner had been trapped by a genjutsu, he briefly activated his sensory skills. For five hundred meters, nothing could be sensed, and his sensory skills were at its peak. That was when Axel began to speak, and now relaxed, but still on guard, he turned off his sensory jutsu and started to listen. The plan he was talking about seemed pretty solid, but if the layout of the house would make things difficult, then of course, Doragon would opt for a change in plans. He doubted that would cause any problems, as when you're a ninja, you needed to be able to adapt to changing plans very quick, or, well, you died. Although cruel, it was the simple nature of this world and all living beings were subjected to it. Of course, not everyone liked the reality of that, and so they actively tried to change it. But, he was a firm believer that words couldn't do anything in this situation. You needed a unified ruler who even had interest in changing the system, and the only way to unify all five major villages? Full on conquering and war. It was an interesting situation, to say the least. Would the people really prefer years and years of death and destruction far above the likes of anything they've seen before for eternal peace that they probably wouldn't even be apart of because they were dead? They might have said yes, but they didn't know what war was like. It was painful, the feeling of sorrow going so far that it caused even people who weren't participating to drive themselves to the brink of death. It was torture to the mind, soul, and body, and truly a testament to how evil humans could be.
"Sounds like a solid plan, Axel. Sure, let's go save this celebrity... I honestly don't have a clue why Kumogakure is bothering with this, however. What do celebrities do for us? Anyone can entertain."
Rolling his eyes, he picked up the beige bag, which was an Axel in disguise. Axel's eyes would be looking to the back in order cover up any blindspots that the duo may have had, but Doragon activated his sensory just in case and began heading to the house. Honestly, they didn't have time for bandits that weren't the special Jounin. The fodder would be dispatched with ease, much like these ninja that had the audacity to betray the village that used to be what was home. Kumogakure wasted time and money to teach these ninjas the correct way, and somehow, somewhere along the line they became corrupted. Perhaps it was a case of greed? It would make sense given that they were demanding money and all these fancy weapons, but of course anything could be a possibility, he just didn't care to explore it because in the end, it wouldn't really matter. Like any other mission, this would be completed as thoroughly as possible, and that meant that the criminals would be dead.
As the two got closer to these kidnapper's hideout, Doragon's sensory detected no threats within five hundred meters from the bandits. However, despite his skills being refined to the maximum, he knew it was still possible for ninja to hide from his sixth sense. It was why he even had Axel positioned to guard his blindspots in the first place.
"Remember, although our sensory skills are helpful, our eyes are invaluable. If we over rely on sensory, then what happens to someone who could elude us? It won't be very pretty."
Just after he finished saying this, the duo reached the three hundred fifty meter mark. Four chakra sources could be sensed all in the same general area, three of them having plenty of chakra to be sensed. It only made sense to assume that the three his sensory was picking up was the three special jounin he needed to kill, and the weaker, nearly non existent one was the celebrity. Doragon was silent as usual, not wanting to speak unless it was absolutely necessary. Even though talking used little resources, it was resources that could have been better spent in the middle of battle. He was sure that a shinobi who was beginning to understand stealth like Axel would concur, or at least he hoped he did. After all, Doragon noticed that Axel's behavior was getting better when it came to stealth related things.
Now, the duo was a mere twenty five meters away from the location of the bandit's hideout. Before he went inside, Doragon being the cautious, alert, and always on guard Shinobi he was, took a moment to analyze it. From the way this building was structured, it was impossible for it to have anything more then a first floor, and using his sensory skills, no one was below him either, which meant the celebrity wasn't being held in any type of basement. Then, he went to the second phase of analyzing. The entrance of the building had a single door just like other buildings, with two windows on either side spaced a feet from the door. These windows were both big enough to show the room in its entirety, which housed two of the three bandits and the hostage, all on the couch watching some television. Of course, while the ninja were happy, the celebrity was gagged and bound, and it looked like her face had been tearing up recently. That didn't surprise Doragon, as she wasn't trained to stay calm during high pressure situations, and like most civilians, crumbled when it look like they were about to die. Strangely, the door was wide open, giving an indication that these ninja were either forgetful, or that they were just that arrogant. Forgetful people didn't survive very long unless they were extremely lucky, so he went with the more likely option in the former.
He walked inside, letting his presence be known. At this moment, only two of the three shinobi were in the room along with the celebrity, in the same position as they were before. Axel was also in the same position, hopefully alert since his sensory couldn't pick up everything. He knew everything needed to know about all three of these shinobi, having seen the personal files on them. One of the shinobi stood up, a cocky smile on his face once he noticed that Doragon had a headband. Just like his file said, he seemed arrogant and a tad too overconfident in his abilities, perhaps believing that just because Doragon was a kid he wouldn't be much of a threat. He took the time to quickly analyze him and his appearance. This was the one with Fuuton as an element, while the bulkier, much well built one chose to use Suiton. The man with Fuuton was named Jouichi, sporting a build very similar to Doragon's except taller. His hair was a pale purple, and he wore all black. Just like he expected, on his forehead was a line drawn directly through the symbol of Kumogakure. It was just disgusting, although Doragon made no visual indications of any hatred, nor did he carry any killing intent.
"Does Kumogakure really think we're fucking around? Sending a fucking nine year old kid who probably still cries for his mommy? That's why I left that piece of shit village! Always underestimating shinobi because they think they're better then EVERYONE!"
The more bulkier and stronger ninja seemed to be annoyed by his friend's outburst, getting off of the couch and lumbering towards him, placing a massive hand on his shoulder. His voice was pretty funny for such a big guy, being rather high pitched. If this wasn't such a serious situation and Doragon wasn't such a hard ass, then it might have been a bit funny. From what he read of this huge guy's file, he was akin to the voice of reason, which made Doragon wonder why this guy would betray the great and mighty Kumogakure.
"Listen Jounichi, don't give in to your feelings, it's a sign of weakness. We only came here for two things, and that's the money and weapons. So calm down so we can bring our brother here to make sure everything is all good."
The tanned behomoth, also wearing all black gave a mighty yell, calling out the third shinobi's name to bring him in here.
"BROTHER! We need your help, our little prizes are here but we need you to make sure they're legit."
It seemed like black was a common color trend. Perhaps the three brothers were planning some type of organization? Why did they hate Kumogakure so much? If they were indeed planning an organization, then it would make sense why they would want money and weapons. Whatever the reason was, he didn't sympathize with criminals. They were scum that needed to be put down, all three missing ninja threats. As they waited for the third shinobi to come and join the "fun" in the living room, Doragon took this time to analyze the rest of the house. Only two doors led into this room from what he saw. It didn't seem like they suspected any attack, but as a Shinobi you needed to be good at hiding your emotions. This is why although it didn't seem like it, Doragon was on guard, playing off on his opponents thinking that he was some little kid. That would be the downfall of this trio of criminals, as everyone had a major weakness, one that you needed to capitalize on. This was especially true for ninja, who were supposed to not believe in things like honor when it came down to dealing with criminal scum. Of course, the ninja had a few people that adhered by some abstract, senseless honor code, and unfortunately, a lot of managed to make it to high ranking positions like Doragon's brother. In his opinion, the academy really needed to emphasis that cold blooded killer trait, as too many Genin thought that this was all a game. Although, he supposed that it wasn't really the fault of the Genin as it was the fault of the teachers. He sweared on it: Once he had a position in the council, then everything would change for the better in Kumogakure. Doragon knew such a road would be hard and not without any distress, but for the sake of his village, and the country as a whole, he knew he had to do this.
Although he wasn't one to have mission jitters, Doragon, of course hoped that he would have the ability necessary to live through this confrontation. After all, the council thought it was good to send two chuunin, who were going up against Special Jounin. The only advantages they had on paper was surprise, and the arrogance of the opponents they were facing. He also hoped that Axel wouldn't have a horrible fate either, as he was apart of a team. Doragon had grown accustomed to the newb, but Axel was just that: a newb. At the moment, he wasn't so sure about the plan as he was back then, but so he was starting to take it in his own hands.

| The door of the small house creaked ominously as it was pushed open. The two brothers resting on the sofa entertaining themselves with less than nothingness had a flare of xenophobia deep within the bowels of their chest, creating a turgid feeling welled up deep within their gullets. They'd never committed a crime before and the law would likely be searching for them as they were looking for trouble, and looking for greed at the same time. The poignant promise of enough ryo to buy a village was the electic choise in dasterdly acts to commit with their ebulliency. However, the moment had arisen as they had to their feet, quickly, gaining solid footing before the door had opened more than an inch. Timone had been waiting all night for a chakra signature to arrive and it had. Though, the upkeep left his mind caustic as he felt like he didn't have much left in the tank. Brothers in arms would be his supporters and so he worried not, as he knew they had his back. Pumba, the larger of the two had also lifted his transcendent body from the rat worn sofa of their hideout, staring at the door as the child entered with a bag in his hands. Quickly, Timone sensed chakra radiating off of the bag, letting them know there was a little more than just ryo and weapons in there. Timone used the back of his hand to slap the upper thigh of Pumba slightly. This was the sign the two agreed on if something odd happened during the meeting. The heart of Timone was Timorous and frantic, sunder rushing through his body. Pumba, generally the more scrupulous of the three, was beginning to have second thoughts about all this but felt as if he should stick by his family no matter what. A bead of sweat welled up on his brow as he breathed calmly and the door bopped against the thin wall, making a sound loud enough to cause the existence of the third brother, Uniko, to appear. Timone turned his head toward the doorway opposite to the entrance of the house. This was the one Uniko enterred through. Right besied the doorway, two inches to the left of it in fact, was the super star that it seemed the ransom for was being payed, or so thought Uniko. However a look in the eyes of his smallest brother led him to believe this was all just one big hoax and once again someone was trying to pull a number over him. The oldest, Uniko, the wisest, the most calm, the most confident, the strongest, the deadliest, stood at six feet tall, two inches. He weighed no more than 160 lbs and had a lean build optimized for powerful taijutsu and speed based attacks. He had golden blonde hair that cut out at his eyebrows and made spikes on his head. Dressed in all black pants, tanktop- shirt and shoes. He wore no undergarments. Pumba was seven feet and the biggest of the bunch weighing in at 285 lbs. His face had a constant purple skin tone and he had dark eyes that seemed to have black circles drawn around him. Timone was the runt, only 5 feet and two inches, weighing 130. He wore a cap and baggy clothes over his tight skin. The room itself was white. Well almost white. The paint was actually peeling to reveal the pasty wood color behind it. DIsgustingly accurate. There were two doorways, the one of which the 'rescuer' had entered, and the one Uniko enterred on the opposite wall. With four walls, the other two walls each had a window centered within them. The ceiling was no more than nine feet tall. the room itself had a perfect square shape, each wall being exactly fifteen meters wide. There were nails sticking out of the ground periodically, though the three knew exactly where not to step as they'd made the foolish mistake more than once. "Timone." Uniko said as he walked quickly to the side of the couch opposite to their guest. He arrived at that spot in two paces which only took one second to reach as he walked briskly. Timone nodded in his direction, Pumba and Uniko both still had eyes on the guest. "You know what to do," replied the oldest brother as his hands made their way out of his pockets. Timone nodded and walked over to the bound celebrity who had a gag in her mouth and all of her body tied to a chair that rested on the wall, yet not in the corner of the doorway. Timone removed a small knife, with a two inch handle and two inch blade, from his boot and held it to the juggular vein of the girl stuck in the chair. If the guest made any sudden movements, he would cut her throat immediately. This had been the plan of Uniko all along. A smirk rose to the still face of Uniko as he identified the guests as attackers, as Timone had given him the signal when he first enterred the room. "I hope you don't mind, but just to take precautions, I'm gonna need to place the bag on the ground and step away from it. If you make any, and I mean any, sudden movements, my brother and I will be forced to end you." They stood protected by the three foot tall sofa that rested ten feet away from the doorway from which the guest had enterred. Should the enemy rush them, well they would have to bound over a sofa first. And Timone would cut the throat of the girl. And Pumba would maul them to death. "Now, this is how this is going to go. I'm going to make a couple hand seals, that way if you make any sudden moves, I'll be ready to end you. Though, this won't be necessary as long as you really have the ryo in the bag. And if not, well Kumogakure can say goodbye to their beloved star." He did just as he said and formed the ram seal and then immediately formed the horse seal after. It took him no time at all to form these two seals. The next move was of the man who had come through the front door without knocking. All three brothers stood on very solid ground, footing prepared for for trickery. Every muscle in their body was already ready to be called into action. They were ready. - OOC Info:
Pretty much anything Itome made the npc do, I'm ignoring as I control the NPC now. So almost anything that happened after he started to enter the door can be considered intercepted. This includes the fact that he said the door was wide open as well. These are just minor changes as no attack was made, however it provdes a logical setting and situation of which even ground fighting can commencei

- Axel seemed to take the compliment rather well, which Doragon was glad about.

| 'I guess we didn't think this out properly,' Axel thought in his head as he was to be placed on the floor as a bag by his chuunin partner, somehow being able to still look around as a bag. One of the men held a knife to the star's jugular, and if he transformed it was over. He told Doragon to toss him to the enemies when they were outside talking about the plan, but he wasn't able to in this situation it seemed. In order to secure the hostage, Axel would be on the floor a few feet away from Uniko. With two men near him, anything he did would get him killed, and they were going to open the bag, but wouldn't be able to as it was sealed closed due to it being a red-headed human in actuality. They probably already sensed his chakra presence too, so nothing could be done.
'Fuck, hopefully the paranoid Doragon would have a plan for this shit,' Axel said in his head. If anything his squad leader would save the day.

| It was hard wired in his genetics. Doragon Ken was always paranoid, always coming up with contingency plans in case things didn't go his way. He was the type of ninja that was always ten steps ahead of his opponent. This was what made him well above many other ninja in his village, and why he was regarded as a prodigy. If he were to die on just a simple A-rank mission, especially with help, what would the village think of him then? As a reliable hero, always fighting for any good civilians or ninja, or as someone who the village may have overestimated just a little.
The situation was rather tense, and if he made a single wrong movement, then this could get bad, from worse. But, he realized that he could end all of this now. He KNEW how good they were since Kumogakure would have obviously gave him the files on the trio's abilities. But still, this was a two versus one situation and he wasn't very confident on Axel's skills. Doragon would just have to have faith from all the times the duo worked together that he would at least understand somewhat what was about to happen. Perhaps he needed to invent some kind of telepathy jutsu in order to make these situations easier.
The way they set up this entire situation was a bit foolish, in his eyes. Were they that confident of themselves to do such a thing? None of them were THAT close to the hostage, which was the reason why he could even use his plan B. But, he couldn't really complain. In actuality, he was a bit grateful that he was allowed this opening. "Luck", as others called it could be a crucial factor in battles, but complaining about it was rather pointless since you couldn't go back and change it.
At this precise moment, Uniko had arrived at the couch. Dropping the pouch of money before he could address the other two, he quickly formed a single handseal, channeling the katon chakra throughout his body, and focusing it into a triple attack. This was the opening that he had been waiting for, the gambit that would allow him to save the day. Of course, he didn't like relying on things to happen just so he could win, but when it appeared to be the most safe and easiest option, then what could you do but take it?
All of this happening in one fluid motion, Doragon fired three of the fireballs from the Great Dragon Fire Technique in succession, each able to be controlled with ease, all three homing in on the missing ninja. With the slightest of contact, it would turn anything it touched into ashes. It was a reliable technique, which is why Doragon often found himself relying on it. Plus, the Great Fire Annihilation Technique wouldn't be useful here, as it would also kill the hostage which would result in the mission failing. Even though he didn't understand the importance of the celebrity, she brought joy to the village and therefore was crucial. This attack, however, was really nothing more then a glorified diversion. He hoped that Axel would take the time to run as fast as he could and rescue the celebrity as fast as he could. Meanwhile, Doragon, a master of Ninjutsu would make sure that these flames would not cause harm to Axel nor the celebrity, whether it was directly or indirectly.

| The bag was dropped before Uniko had requested and he knew, Timone's look told him so, that it was going down now. Timone was the only one who was off guard as he was looking at his oldest brother. However, Pumba and Uniko hadn't even blinked since the man made his way into the door. And all but Timone were ready. The three minus one would react instantly as the bag hit the ground, each knew there was something wrong with it. Admittedly, they all expected different things. See, Timone was the only one with Sensory so he was the only one that knew the chakra that radiated off of the bag was however his predetermined signals were read by the brothers as it was something of a threat. Uniko assumed it was a bomb but said nothing while Pumba assumed it was something of a jutsu, though he had no clue of what type. He'd heard of genjutsu that could fool people into thinking something exist that doesnt really. He'd even been tricked by his brother into many of them, causing terrible illusions for him. This time he wouldn't be fooled and would instead rip his opponenet apart limb by limb. And as Timone's head was turned to walk towards the woman, shit hit the fan. As the bag was dropped swiftly, Uniko and Pumba pounced. Just as the bag hit the ground the boy seemed to be moving his hands in attempts to make hand speeds. Before he was able to lift them to each touch together, the couch hand been flung into the air in front of the man that was expending a jutsu. Just as a mass of fire was to be expended from his lungs, the couch before them had been lifted from the ground by a kick from Uniko. His foot had been placed under the sofa, waiting for this moment. Using his legs he flipped it to around his eye level and Pumba charged forward with sofa in arms. The fireball made contact with the soda before it would be able to be directed in another direction by the boy as it had been flipped diagnally into the air, a mere two meters away from him in which the initial velocity of the fireballs coming in their direction would prevent any last second turning and caused for its pink cushions to erupt into flames. Seeing as the boy was only three away from him now, Pumba charged at him with his fastest speed, sofa in hand already intercepted the fireballs. A flaming couch was his blunt weapon of choise for the moment. He would run all the way to the doorway where the intruder had emerged and slam the coach into him, coated in his own flames. He made sure to keep strong footing as all the muscles in his legs worked as he practically made leaps for the enemy.
Uniko too began working as he made his four hand seals necessary to make an Illusion flash pillar. He acted simultaneously with Pumba, the two attacking at the same time. Both of the brothers were facing opposite directions of him and would not be effected, however a bright white light radiated from him and would pour into the eyes of the intruder unless he forced his own eyes closed. Most people wouldn't shut their eyes right as a flaming sofa was being charged at them however and logically it would make no sense to do so. The light would peer out all over the room and affect all who were facing the center of the room, exactly where he was. The light would even bounce off the peeling white paint to a degree for those who chose to turn away. After his light hit the eyes of the boy who had shot dragon flames, he would use the flash pillar to chain another genjutsu, as it was famous for doing. Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing was the genjutu is would link to. The target would be transported into his own mind and forced to face his deepest darkest fear while in the real world Pumba rushed for him with a flaming sofa.
As for Timone, he continued to run for the star as he was doing before. Using his agility he got to her as fast as humanly possible for him, arriving at the star immediately as she was only a few meters away. He stood behind her as if she was a shield and held the knife at her neck, shaking slightly as he did so. He used his body-flicker like speeds to end up behind her as fast as what almost seemed to be a teleport to someone not looking too hard. From behind her he let out a breath and sliced her throat deeply with his knife in one rapid motion. The blood spewed down and off her, into her lap and down her shirt. His hand shook with fear as he look at the blood on his wrisit. What had he done...

| Doragon had dropped Axel on his right side, only using his right hand which wouldn’t cause him much hassle in performing one hand-seal for his Great Dragon Fire Technique. It all happened so fast though. Uniko flipped a couch with his foot while his partner Pumba lifted it up to combat Doragon’s power. Axel reacted as fast as he could, since he saw this all while being dropped from his friend’s hand. He transformed as soon as he landed, having crouched, so if Pumba was able to slam Doragon with the couch that was shoulder level to him, and since Axel was on the side of Doragon, neither the couch or the foe’s feet would connect with his body. The red-head also began to dodge-roll towards the wall on the right, being able to gain footing after the third roll, and due to his speed, it didn’t take long, just a mere second. He was now standing about 3 meters away from where he was dropped as a bag, however during his roll he saw a flash of right light. Now, standing up, facing Uniko, in-between the two of them was the grim reaper himself.
Axel had read books about him, the entity who is said to come only when you are at death’s door. Death was Axel’s greatest fear, so he was obviously trembling, but his mind kept telling him this just couldn’t be true. He avoided the couch, so was it the light? The light, the light, the light.... It was then that he made a possible connection. Though scared to the point where he was about to piss himself, the ginger had to make sure. It took about three seconds after he got up and saw the reaper to assume it was a genjutsu since he knew of a technique that could show the enemy his greatest fears, and in fact, he had one as well. Using the tiger seal right after those three seconds, Axel broke out of this illusion. Assuming the enemy didn’t attack him yet the red-head would be alert, his hands ready for an attack.
OOC: Anything could have happened in these four seconds so I am just gonna...

| OOC: Seeing as Itome lost muse for this fight, and will probably either get 48 hour'd or just continue to stall with his posts, I am out of this thread. Do what you want with Axel. I assume he already died in those few seconds he was open anyway. | |
