For flare At what point does the electrical discharge rupture? I'm assuming at the 15m point. Also, as Ryujin said, include an explosion range. Do not bump until the mandated edits are asked.

For murder, if the power varies please say to what degree it does as well as provide different ranks for the variation of power as with all jutsu of varying power.

Rod, close isn't a range. Define a number. This one looks like the range is touch.

For telegram flash be sure to include how wide the attack is. Right now it can be vague manipped into a small wires worth.

Range on depth change is too long. Include how far off the body the cloak of lightning is. Also include upkeep costs

Thunder binding needs to specify how tall the walls are.

On lightning wall, range should be used to define how far the user can expel the wall from oneself, not the size of the wall. That goes in description. It also needs some sort of startup. I suggest adding hand seals.

As of right now, limelight is a suicide Technique. I also don't like the instant incineration you have here. It's just an S rank. With high enough durability people can survive. Also, as four people make a four sided shape, diameter doesn't qualify as a unit of range. Diameter is for circles.

Pretty sure Shinsui-chan just asked for range which I gave, he never specified which so you can take several seats.

Flare - Range for the explosion has been added.

Murder - Pretty sure I state to what degree in the jutsu description. Should reread it so you can see it. Other rank added though.

Rod - Anyone who reads the description is going to know its touched based only. If they don't that's on them for their inability to read and comprehend.

Telegram - Changed.

Depth - How bout you suggest a range instead of being vague about it. Let's assume, for simplicity sake, that it's dancing on the skin. As for upkeep, I would think that's assumed if one has it active more than one post.

Binding - Changed.

Wall - Even though I think that stupid, changed.

Limelight - How about you suggest a range then. Seeing how no one is tanking an S-rank no matter their durability, I could care less. But for you, actually no, so that this stupid jutsu can be approved, I removed that tidbit.

I assume this is something of a sort of a point defense weapon. Someone gets close they get nailed. Say maximum range is between 2-4 meters.

~~Limelight is pretty deadly. Highly doubt anyone will survive~~-Disregard. And diameter is correct. The explosion is round not square. But it's also a suicide technique.

My seats have already been taken as I don't care enough to stand. Clearly you were waiting to be graded and I attempted to do so wholeheartedly. Just because Shin didn't point out the problem doesn't mean it wasn't there. Just like with Katsubro here. He sees shit I missed and fills it in.

As for flare, a B ranked electric tech wouldn't exactly be able to rip through rock as generally rocks are pretty tough (though they do vary). To give a good comparison, Rasengan is one of the most powerful compressions of chakra and it can create small craters at A rank but still wouldn't completely cut through a rock. This is why I told you to specify specific degrees of intensity. As of now, your B rank intensity is implied and is a bit too powerful.

I'll repeat myself for lightning rod since it didn't seem to sink in for you. Close is not a range. Please change the range to touch instead of being purposely defiant about it.

For depth, upkeep isn't assumed because nothing is ever assumed. Just like everyone else who makes jutsu you must define an upkeep and how often it must be paid.

As far as limelight, you can definitely survive S ranks. You'll take damage. But you can surely survive. For limelight, the odds are much less. Though something like a bijuu stands a pretty good chance.

I never said the problem wasn't there. I am getting at the fact that you imply I didn't add the range of explosion in an act of defiance instead of simply not being aware of what he was asking for in terms of range. Chichi please add in le information on what most of these techs can do to a person, such as lightning rod (just one of them I'm looking for, not the only one). It states a bolt of lightning will be sent into the opponent, will this bolt kill? Cause burns? Stun? How long will it stun? Does it tickle? I hope it doesn't kill, it's a C ranked tech~ Same with the others I asked for "what can it do, affects it has on a person, ect"
