Appearance Kosuke has medium length, messy black hair and sharp, uncaring black eyes. His body is extremely well toned from the years of training himself to the brink of death, but this insane training added to the numerous missions he has been on have addled his body with scars. He wears the typical Konoha Jounin attire of the green flak jacket and blue undershirt. He wears black military pants and black sandals. His forearms and legs are covered in white tape and he tries to keep the tape fresh in order to have a constant white layer. On top of all of this he wears a black hooded cloak, the sleeves come down just past his hands and down to midway down his calves. The inside is red with white trimming. It has many pockets and room for storing items and weapons that any Jounin may need. He has worn this cloak since his promotion to Jounin, through all the missions and fights. The bottom of the cloak is covered with rips and tears as well as the outside of the hood. His face is very hardened and he is able to exercise perfect control over his emotions leaving him with a blank mask in most serious situations but in peaceful and friendly meetings he has a very charming smile that makes him look quite fetching. He appears to have a distinct crinkling of his eyes when he smiles, this gives him a harmless almost care free appearance when he isn’t on missions or in a serious fight. His hair is not kept in any real manner, it is quite messy with two bangs that frame his face and some hair falling over his forehead. He wears his headband loosely around his neck, it has a black cloth with the silver of the Kumo emblem. When he is angry all carefreeness leaves his face and he appears to be apathetic and cruel as his eyes do not allow for any true emotion to show and he can appear to be extremely intimidating. But only his friends can see through his carefree or apathetic mask to see the true pain and guilt that haunts his past.

Personality: Kosuke has three distinct personality characteristics. The first is apathy, this is only shown to opponents or those he does not like. From a young age Kosuke has been a bit arrogant from the way he holds himself due to his clan and his own skills. This led to some enemies taking advantage of this and causing his training to suffer in his early years, then one of his teammates was wounded taking a hit to protect him. This caused him to gain an intense hatred for any of those who would attack his comrades. After a few years and him gaining more and more power he realized that the enemies were just doing what he would if someone from an opposing village or faction was attacking his team or stopping his mission so he decided he couldn’t hold it against them but he could block them from seeing any emotion from him to use against him.
To friends he appears carefree and happy. He is often seen with his few friends conversing in an almost bored or uncaring manner. Some may think he doesn’t have a care in the world or they would see him as unprofessional. But Kosuke is always alert and ready to spring into action at a moment’s notice. His skills and senses always looking for anything that’s out of order or out of place. He does enjoy the fact that in a friendly spar his carefree attitude irritates some people. He also greatly enjoys friendly spars and is hard pressed to turn them down but sometimes he has to be reminded to hold back because he gets so involved in fights that he wants to see just how far he could push himself.
To only the closest friends, those who can look under the smiles and carefree attitude, they see his true feelings. Only those who can look past his happy or impassive masks can see the true pain he feels. He has lost so many friends, so many comrades in his shinobi career that many would have retired, but he keeps going in order to honor their memories. He wants to prove to the world that he is the best shinobi because of the impact these people have had on his life.

Character History: Kosuke was born to Sashimi and Tatami Uchiha on the night of July 23rd. It was a cloudless night in Kirigakure with a big full moon, the village was dark except for the Uchiha District. The family was rejoicing with the birth of their latest member. He was well taken care of and raised to put the clan first and the village second. But his older brother told him that the clan could lead him to corruption and that he should set his sights on the village and protecting all those inside it. His brother would later die during a mission due to being betrayed by one of his teammates. After the eve of his 4th birthday he was started with learning the Academy curriculum in order to put him a few leagues ahead of the other students when they started. He showed great promise in the general principals and rules of the shinobi way. Then at the age of 6 he was forced to move as after his brothers death his family could not handle living in Kiri and would move to Kumogakure in order to allow Kosuke to grow up without being constantly reminded of his brothers premature death. After being given the villages blessing to leave due to clan matters the small family of three made their way to lightning country. After arriving and talking to the leaders of Kumogakure, they would be given citizenship and would be put under watch for a number of years. by the Time Kosuke was 8 the watch was done and he was entered into the Academy to begin his path towards his future as an amazing ninja. After he unlocked his chakra and began to learn the required jutsu of the academy he also started to learn his element of fire that is common in Uchiha. He was taught the typical Fire techniques and he also began to learn techniques such as tree walking and water walking. After he managed to master these techniques he was allowed to graduate the academy at the age of 10 as the rookie of the year. He was then placed on a team with Miki Fukushima and Daiki Minami under the sensei Hideki Kobayashi. After being placed on a team he immediately began to grow stronger based off of the rivalry he and his teammates built. Miki had the dream to become a Ninjutsu master and was a bit on the loud boisterous side. While Daiki wanted to become a powerful shinobi and was kind and giving always looking out for what was best for the team rather than himself. Their sensei Hideki merely wanted peace and friendship, he saw a bright future ahead of all three Genin. After around two years of training the three Genin were sent on a B-Ranked mission into foreign territory to test their skills. At first it was a simple Intel gathering mission, but that quickly changed when they were caught in one of the enemy village’s bases due to Miki not noticing a barrier seal that was placed on the floor. It alerted all of the shinobi present and their sensei told them to escape with the Intel while he held off the shinobi. After running through numerous hallways Kosuke noticed that heir sensei wasn’t coming back as he could see some shinobi looking for them. They tried to run but Daiki was caught in a hail of kunai after the shinobi saw them. This ended up killing him as neither Kosuke nor Miki couldn’t pull him away in time. But they knew they had to run, so they held back their horror and grief in order to survive. As they made it back into the surrounding forest they knew they were still being pursued by the enemy and as such they ran as fast as they could until a group of enemies appeared ahead of them to block their path as they were then surrounded. Kosuke knew that this would be their final moments so he began to think of the clan and his brother who died serving the village. Then Miki looked at him and said to run and threw down a smoke bomb and then randomly began to throw explosive notes in order to distract the enemy shinobi. As Kosuke ran he knew that the amount of notes thrown would kill all shinobi in the area, including Miki. As he made it back across the Lightning country borders, he looked back and saw the smoke rising meaning that the explosions ha claimed his friends life. As he made it back into the village by himself he felt as if the weight of the world was upon his shoulders. Returning from his first high ranked mission by himself with no hope of any of them coming back truly tore his heart and soul to shreds. He knew that he had to report to the Raikage to get the mission debriefing underway. After explaining the whole story to the Raikage he was granted the rank of Chuunin and given the ability to take solo missions. From then on for 5 years he only took solo missions from C-ranked to S-ranked and he began to distance himself from his friends. He seemed to be on the path towards deserting the village and was losing himself to the grief of not being able to protect those precious to him. He was almost lost until he met a new friend by the name of Fumijo who showed him that instead of mourning over his friends and being guilt sticken he needed to gain strength and make their dreams his own. He didn’t take what Fumijo said to heart but the two remained friends and training partners. Kosuke continued to take high risk missions only now he had Fumijo helping him. After he had finally met the mission requirements for promotion to Jounin he was told that as a Jounin not only did he have a responsibility to the village and all of its people, he had a responsibility to preserve the future of Kumogakure in any way possible. After a year of being Jounin he decided that he would take Fumijo’s advice to heart and would fight for the dreams of all of his deceased friends. His brother, Miki, Daiki, and Hideki-sensei. He would become the embodiment of all of their dreams in order to bring true, lasting peace to the shinobi world. He began to train to be a Ninjutsu master, he decided to become the most powerful ninja in his village and to use that position to not only bring peace and safety to his own village but also to bring peace to the Shinobi world. After a couple years of training he had truly mastered the art of Ninjutsu and could boast a good array of various Ninjutsu. He continued to take high cost missions in order to bolster his strength. His relationship with Fumiko had grown and the two were like brothers now. Kosuke is often busy with training or missions but he does make time to see his family as they were the only thing keeping him sane and in the village when he was still overcome by grief. He knew that to become the best he would need to acquire a large amount of power and also gain political support to bring true peace to the shinobi world. He had an amazing vision for the future and he would fight for it to his dying breath. As he trained more and more jutsu and even obtained a summoning contract he began to notice that he was gaining power but still lacked the prestige, so he decided that he would use every opportunity he had to get close to higher ranking officials in every nation. He had yet to accomplish this goal but knew that one day he would make a name for himself somehow. He had begun to entertain the idea of forming an organization in which they would attempt to get all five nations to agree to a peace treaty, this was proving to be difficult however as he lacked both the funds and the potential members so this thought went on the back burners, but still remained at the back of his mind in case he would gain an opportunity to put it into motion. To Kosuke his ultimate goal of bringing peace went past his love for his village. He would always care for and protect Kumo, but if need be he would leave the village to pursue peace and prosperity in the world. He found the shinobi way to be nothing but bloodshed and violence. But to him, if he had to add more bloodshed and violence to end the wars and fighting he would. He knew that hate begat more hate and violence leads to more violence, revenge lead to more revenge. So, he decided if he and anyone else who agreed with him could take all the hate of the world onto their shoulders and could focus all of the nations on collectively hating them then they would stop fighting and would align if only for long enough for him to try to get them into a permanent alliance.

kosuke While Daiki wanted to become the Raikage and was kind and giving always looking out for what was best for the team rather than himself. that needs to be edited we only just recently got kage so edit that alo uchiha are in kirigakure so explain how his family got to kumo or got permission to move
