Appearance: He is a tall dark-skinned man with a large muscular build, with his black hair.His hair hangs over both sides of his face to roughly frame his cheeks. ,bread in dreads.The Dreads are curly and tan brown. He normaly let the hand loose or tie them up in a single pony tail.Rappā appearance is that he is considered quite handsome by almost all girls near his age.Rappā's eyes are a light hazel. They are all ways seen very low or either closed.He wears a a white jacket, black sash, and a white hakama. However, his jacket seems to have longer coattails than others, and the collar is rather high.His left eye which has a purple sclera and white iris and pupil.He also keeps his face set in a wide mocking smile, which he only wipes off on rare occasions of annoyance, surprise, confusion, or even sadness.As for shoes Rappā wears the tradtional shinobi foot wear. On his hip is two pouches full of basic shinobi weapons. In both of his ears are a set or ear rings,in his left the ying symbol and the yin a symbol.
At 6'0", 165 pounds, Rappā is a skinny male with olive complexion. He has light brown eyes that somewhat larger than the average set. On top of his head is long black hair that extends halfway down his back in a long dreads.Rappā wears a fitted hat with sticker under the brim and hat's bill covering his eyes. He wears a doo-rag or hair net underneath the which is covered by his forehead protector and sits under a baseball cap. On each is the trademark red dots marks that are characteristic of his clan. For his uniform, he usually wears a heavy white parka, lined with with dear fur on the inside, over a black t-shirt (though he has more colors to choose from at his home). This parka also has a hood, which he usually has on. He also has a pair of black-rimmed, somewhat tinited snow goggles, which rests on his forehead whenever he is not using it. Along with that, he wears a pair of black snow pants tucked into a pair of white snow boots. Strapped to each one of his outer thights are pair of holsters used to hold his ninja gear.Rappā Wears an oversized T-shirt. The T-shirt should be long enough to cover the entire torso and goes downt to his knees. Plain white shirts are his preferred style. He wears dark washed jeans. He wears the jeans baggy, low and without a belt.Wear the rag long and tied in the back, so that the rag hangs down on your shoulder. He wear light brown timberland boots and heavy a platinum chains and watches with embedded diamonds.Rappā's teeth is embedded with diamonds and made up of platinum. His body is covered with vairous of tattos from his head to his feet.

Personality: Rappā was calm, collected, and highly perceptive. He also seemed well aware of the terror his reputation inspired in his foes. He appeared to be respectful of those around him; he didn't like freely speaking about others' pasts, and was said to be a very nice person. Apparently believing traumas he experienced in his youth had enlightened him to the true meaning of pain and suffering, he considered himself a deity, and believed he had evolved beyond a mere human being. He sought to show the world the meaning of pain by using an ultimate weapon to deter future wars, by means similar to "mutually assured destruction", and showed no moral qualms about his actions.He even went so far as to proclaim himself a "god of peace", that had to guide the world to maturity through pain. Finally, he felt that no-one could understand true peace unless they understood "true" pain, something his childhood.Because kumo was partly responsible for the tragedies in his life, he held a great deal of animosity towards the village. He is extremely arrogant, insulting even the strongest ninja and treating Anbu members as mere tools rather than comrades.Despite his arrogance, he is not above giving praise to his enemies, for being able to wound him.Rappā has shown great ability in manipulating others to do his work for him.He appears to have a somewhat twisted outlook with respect to this, often avoiding responsibility by claiming that people acted voluntarily, though in reality they were coerced or manipulated by him.Rappā loyalties and personality are difficult to discern, as he is a sadistic, yet polite, helpful man with a dry sense of humour. He enjoys playing mind games with his enemies, often unnerving them by pointing out their weaknesses and turning personal horrors against them. Rappā stated that he dislikes forcing people to do things against their will, and instead he would manipulate them by acting sympathetic to them.
Character History: (Rappā's begins the life of a shinobi
After the beening taken in by a orpange seven years had passed. Now was the new Dawn of a new type of kumo shinobi. Rappā was soon admitted into the academy after being adopted by an Anbu root member. As he was growing up Lei or the anbu who adopted him began to train Rappā him self in the art of ninjutsu. Ninjutsu was the first skill the young boy mastered. In the academy he learn simple and basic jutsu. Soon came the day of the exams where Rappā's skills would be tested. Rappā was able to to transfom himself into his teacher allowing him to pass the first exam. He then transformed himself into his teacher's desk, his last test was to be able to construct shadow clones. This was Rappā's true master, being able to do with ease Rappā made three shadow clones.
Rappā grew up in kumo. A trouble child that was getting into every thing. Quiet often Rappā' will find himself caught in places where he shouldn't be. Such as breaking into the Anbu ops meeting to spy on Lei his friend. He fallowed his friend from the time he left the house to the time he returned. He dreamed to be strong like him. He would often skip class just to fallow him. Though his friend would catch him make him go home or to class.
Many times when Rappā wasn't fallowing his friend, he would be training. It first started with the his clan jutsu his grandfather taught him. Rappā had kept the secrete that his grandfather taught him clan jutsu for years. He was frighten of what others would think if they saw him using it. Rappā' would practice for hours, developing his techniques. Due to his time practicing Rappā's would advance fast at the art of ninjutsu, causing him to be viewed as a prodigy in the academy.
The Young Genins
Soon after he passed the exams Rappā was assigned to a team with an Uchiha and Hyuuga. Zeke Uchiha and Roy Hyuuga was very talent also in the art of taijutsu. This gave their team an elite squad in close combat. Rappā's sensei was name Rex Fumma, who was a master in genjutsu. The team trained together for three years. They completed about 46 missions together. When the three years was over Rappā was being to form his very own ninjutsu and genjutsu based battle tactics. Soon came the chuunin exams. Every member in their squad advanced to the final round. The last match was Zeke and Rappā. With Rappā's clan based jutsu he had won his match ,also killing his teammate by mistake. He became one of the first person to kill in the exams in years.
Now as a Chuunin Rappā spends his times training , hoping one day to become the next Raikage. He dreams to master his clan jutsu becoming a legacy. He oftens visit's his old child home at the opranage. He buys the kids toys and candy, hoping to bright their day. He spends his time look after the kids. He even trains some just as Lei did for him when he was young.
