At the moment, Doragon was beginning to go practice a rather dangerous jutsu. In fact, it was so deadly that he even decided to leave the village for a little just so he wouldn't accidentally hurt anyone. Although he could be cold sometimes, that coldness was for the benefit of his village, and burning down the village wouldn't be a benefit at all. The place he decided to go to get away from the village was rather rocky, so not much wood to catch on fire. At the time he entered this rocky area, it was early in the morning, so most animals were asleep. It was dark, but more of a greyish blue.
The current clothes he was wearing could be considered apart of his casual wear. A simple, grey jacket with a hoody(although he wasn't wearing it) and two strings along with cargo shorts and grey sandals with grey socks that went just below his knee. Underneath the jacket was a grey shirt. Even in his casual outfits, he made a conscious choice what to wear just in case he was about to be attacked. Doragon would at least have the advantage of camouflage. Like usual, his headband was proudly on his forehead, announcing his allegiance to the rest of the world.
At the moment, he was sitting on a rock twice his size, a book in his hand. The book felt like leather when his fingers ran across the spine, but, that wasn't important. The reason why he was reading this book was because it contained pertinent information about the jutsu that he was intending to learn, the jutsu in question being the legendary Great Fire Annihilation Technique. The reach this jutsu had was just crazy, but it didn't trade that reach for power and speed. If it hit your whole body, you would be reduced to ashes, and the technique was quite fast. Plus, it was all done with a single handseal. Because of that, he couldn't resist learning this jutsu.
Although it was a difficult jutsu to learn, Doragon had a handy little trick that he was sure would reduce the learning time. Having learned the shadow clone jutsu, he could spawn a few clones, perform the jutsu, and then absorb the knowledge of the clones. From his calculation, this would reduce the amount of time the jutsu would take to simply hours, which was much more efficient. It would also allow him to work on multiple jutsu a day, which was always handy. After mastering this jutsu, he would probably go on to another one, perhaps those that are lower ranked to save even more time. After all, nothing was wrong with a few low ranked jutsu as they could still kill easily. A jutsu was not ranked on its strength, but how easy it was to learn. It just happened to be that the easier jutsus were usually the weakest ones.
Forming the seals required for the Shadow Clone Jutsu, an exact replica of him popped up three feet away from him. Once it was spawned into existence, it already knew what it was assigned to do. It went off an additional five meters away from Doragon, practicing its Katon molding to make sure it got the right control for the technique. Meanwhile, Doragon was doing the same thing. Making sure he was controlling the chakra input properly was very important. Too much, and the effects could be deadly. He would put too much chakra in the jutsu which could simply mean him being more tired, and more likely to die. Or, if it got extreme enough, the jutsu could actually blow up in his face, killing him. However, if he used too little then the jutsu wouldn't happen at all and he would be a sitting duck. Learning jutsu was a complicated, yet important process for anyone who strived to be a perfect shinobi.
After about a hour of trying his best, he'd finally found it. Once more forming the horse seal, learning from the mistakes of his clone, he began kneading up the chakra in his chest. With one might blow, a powerful wall of flames erupted from his mouth, incinerating everything in its path without discrimination, including an unlucky rabbit that happened to walk in front of it. Dispersing the clone since it wasn't needed, Doragon nodded to himself, satisfied with the progress he was making.
"I feel like I'm one step closer to being the hero that Kumogakure needs.."
Doragon then left the mountain to relax at his home in an attempt to replenish his chakra reserves. Mastering such a high ranking jutsu was a massive strain on his reserves, so he knew sleeping for a few hours would help take off the fatigue that he was currently feeling. Having greater chakra reserves then normal definitely helped his training, though.
